The service and prices at Primarily Prime Rib are excellent. I opted for the Rodeo Cut prime rib, which came with a table-side tossed spinach salad that was impeccably dressed. The prime rib itself was served alongside a generously topped baked potato. The atmosphere of the restaurant is reminiscent of an old school steakhouse, and being off the strip likely contributes to the lower price point for the steak. Overall, it's a great spot for satisfying a prime rib craving.
I want to shout out Carolyn, our server at The Kitchen in Las Vegas. She provided excellent service and made great suggestions from the menu, describing the dishes in a delicious way. We shared the Texas scramble, which was tasty with the perfect amount of seasoning on the pork and creamy kick. Thank you, Carolyn, for the wonderful service and menu recommendations. If you want excellent service and a beautiful smile, ask for Carolyn. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Vegas.
