The service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced on the strip, and the food was terrible as well. We waited an incredibly long time for our server to take our drink and food orders, and the wait for our food was even longer. When our meals finally arrived, they were barely warm, the brisket was fatty and tasted old, the bun was soggy, and the fries were cold. My macaroni and cheese was also disappointing. The server did not check on us, refill our drinks, or show any personality. Overall, the lack of customer service and poor quality of the food make it difficult for me to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The meals at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar were both delicious and well-prepared. Breakfast in particular felt like a special treat, with the food being freshly made and not rushed. The wait staff were always welcoming and accommodating, and the drinks were top-notch. While I didn't get to experience the live music, I heard it can get pretty crowded during those times. If there is a convention at the hotel, it's recommended to go for breakfast before 8am or after 9am to avoid the crowds.

I recently attended a Santana concert at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas. The acoustics were great and the set-up was nice. However, we were unable to secure tables and ended up standing for over 3 hours, which was quite tiring on our feet and backs. We only had drinks, so I can't speak to the quality of the food.

House of Blues Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas is an excellent venue for concerts. The sound quality is superb and the view is great from every seat. The loge seats are very comfortable, with enough room for taller guests' knees. The bars located within the concert area make it easy to grab a drink without missing any of the action. The attendants in the bathrooms keep them clean and well-maintained. The only complaint is the process of entering and exiting the venue, which could be more efficient with more staff and more open doors. Overall, a great spot for live music!

Santana was amazing at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar. If you're considering going, I highly recommend getting a VIP table instead of standing room. Make sure to carefully read all the details when booking your table, as they are sold as a package for 2 or 4 people. Some packages include dinner and a bottle of wine. Keep in mind that only one pin and souvenir bag are provided per couple when purchasing a table, so plan accordingly. Even if you don't drink wine, you may still be charged extra for it, so be aware of that. Despite these minor hiccups, the waitress was understanding and even brought us a box of sweets. The band's performance was exceptional and the energy in the venue was high without any smoke. Overall, I would definitely come back to House of Blues Restaurant & Bar for another great experience.

We visited House of Blues Restaurant & Bar in Las Vegas for breakfast. I ordered the chicken and waffles with gravy, while my dining companion opted for the country skillet. The coffee was excellent and the carafe was placed on the table for easy refills. The service we received was outstanding. Although the chicken in the dish was a bit dry, the gravy was flavorful. I wished there was more gravy to accompany both the waffles and the chicken. The country skillet was packed with flavor, and even though I only had a taste, it was delicious. In terms of pricing, it was reasonable for Vegas standards and the portion sizes were just right.
