I’ve always enjoyed Outback Steakhouse, whether in Maryland or Florida. The Bloomin' Onion is consistently a favorite. As a steak enthusiast, I went for the 12oz medium rare steak with a baked potato topped with cheese, sour cream, and bacon. The side of potato soup was exceptional as well! The bread served at the beginning wasn’t warm, and the servers could be more lively and cheerful. I’m always excited to return for the food alone!

First time at Outback and it left a lasting impression, unfortunately not in a good way. The Bloomin' Onion was excessively oily and unevenly seasoned, with some parts overly salty and others quite bland. The oil was pooling at the bottom. I ordered the sirloin with an "Alice something" chicken, and the chicken turned out to be dry yet greasy. For sides, I chose the Brussels sprouts and a house salad. The Brussels sprouts were drenched in oil, so I sent them back in exchange for a loaded baked potato. The potato was dry, hard, and overbaked, prompting another swap, this time for asparagus, which thankfully turned out fine. The sirloin was decent, the only item that seemed worth the high price given the Strip location. My dining companion's ribeye tasted like it was from a budget supermarket clearance section, and the steakhouse mac and cheese had an unusual taste, perhaps from whole wheat. For none of us to finish our meal speaks volumes—the asparagus and sirloin were the only highlights in an otherwise disappointing dining experience. Never again.

Outback Steakhouse in Las Vegas is my favorite spot for tender and juicy ribs. This was my first time trying the ribs at this location, and the service was outstanding as always. Whether you're a barbecue lover or simply in the mood for some delicious ribs, this restaurant is a must-try. Pairing it with a Blue Moon beer made the experience even more enjoyable. I give it 5/5 stars.
