My wife and I visited Freedom Beat on a Saturday night after 10 pm, when there were merely a few tables of guests present. We paid in full for our order at the bar, which resembled a carryout place, and our meal was brought to us at our table. The dishes were incredible - fresh and delicious - we had salmon dinners with a big salad. The greens were fresh, the avocado was of a perfect ripeness, and the dressing wasn't overpowering but rather had a pleasing taste. Surprisingly, in this shabby-looking casino in Freemont, we were served a freshly-cooked meal. The waiter was amusing and amiable and the rock-n-roll atmosphere was splendid. I'm very much looking forward to returning, if possible, to also witness some live music on their stage. Thank you, Freedom Beat!

Delicious hot pastrami was money, yet the tots were not as crispy as desired. Fortunately, the prime rib was massive and the carrots were cooked perfectly. The mashed potato inside added an extra flavor to the meal.

Got the wings and the Caesar salad. The wings have a really nice flavor to them, tangy with a bit of kick, but not overwhelming. Came with a high quality blue cheese and some crumbles, as well. The salad was straight forward but good. No complaints!

Food, beer, coffee, and wine... Get it all at Freedom Beat right off the casino. I tried a little bit of everything and was pleased with all of it. The table had a bit of a tacky feel, which was a bit annoying, but not sure if that's just how it is or if it wasn't cleaned right. They also seemed a little short staffed as one person was doing most of the waitressing and hosting duties.

A group of about five of us stopped in here to grab a drink and listen to the music but ended up staying for almost 4 hours. We had a blast and the food was excellent
