I can't thank Project BBQ enough for being such a bad influence in the best way! The food is absolutely amazing, especially the brisket which is hands down the best. A must-visit spot on the Fremont Strip. The customer service is top-notch and the staff, including Tesha, are both funny and sweet. Don't miss out on trying the Garbage Bowl - you won't regret it! I came for lunch and I'm already planning on coming back tonight for a late-night dinner.

The rib eye steak at Outback Steakhouse in Las Vegas was incredibly succulent and cooked to perfection at a medium rare. Pairing it with their famous blooming onion was a winning combination. I enjoyed washing it all down with a cold Blue Moon beer, one of my favorites. Overall, I couldn't find a single fault with this dining experience.
