First time dining at the Noodle Shop at Mandalay Bay. Ordered the Kung Pao chicken dish, which had a delightful flavor. Others in our group rated their dishes a 3. The veggies were perfectly cooked, and the chicken was tender with a nice kick of spice. Our server, Jack, was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and the ambiance was fantastic. Kudos to Jack for his excellent service!

Located in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, Noodle Shop offers a delightful dining experience. The ambiance is quite pleasant, and the menu has a variety of appealing options. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and seated. I ordered a drink and the spicy chicken fried rice. The food arrived swiftly, within 10 minutes, and it tasted delicious—one of the better fried rice dishes I've had recently. Although the dish wasn't spicy as initially requested, the server suggested adding hot oil or sauce, which enhanced the flavor. The portion sizes were generous and filling. One downside was that the server frequently asked if I was finished, despite there being only three other occupied tables. This gave a bit of a rushed feeling to the meal. Nonetheless, the dining experience was enjoyable overall, despite the expected resort pricing.

The location of Noodle Shop is very convenient, right next to the casino area and close to the entrance. They do take reservations, which is a plus. The menu offers a good variety of food options and the ambience is pleasant. However, one issue I encountered was that the food didn't come out very hot, it was more warm. Despite this, the taste was still good. It's possible that they were very busy due to the Superbowl rush. Overall, it's worth a try if you're in the Mandalay Bay area.

During a recent visit to Mandalay Bay, I decided to grab a quick bite at Noodle Shop. The location was conveniently tucked away near the elevators and main casino. The service was efficient and I was seated promptly. The staff quickly brought me a glass of water and allowed me time to browse the menu. Although a bit busy, the server was apologetic about a short wait for my glass of wine, which I didn't mind at all. I started with the potstickers, which were delicious - light, flavorful, and served piping hot. For my main dish, I opted for the orange chicken, which had a light breading and was bursting with flavor. It was also served at the perfect temperature. I was so hungry and the food was so tasty that I forgot to take a photo. I also appreciated that the menu with prices was not displayed outside the restaurant, so I took a photo to share with others. Please note that prior photos of the menu on other platforms may be outdated, as my visit was on June 21, 2024.

I recently dined at Noodle Shop in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and had a great experience. The ambiance was pleasant and the menu had a good variety of options. The staff greeted me warmly and seated me promptly. I ordered a drink and the Chicken Fried Rice Spicy, which arrived in just 10 minutes. The dish was delicious and one of the best fried rices I've had recently. The prices were a bit high, as expected for a casino and resort, but the quality of the food made it worth it. The portion sizes were generous and satisfying. The only downside was that the server seemed a bit rushed, despite there being only a few other occupied tables. Overall, I had a positive dining experience at Noodle Shop and would recommend it for a tasty meal.

The food at Noodle Shop was decent and served quickly. The prices were a bit on the high side considering the portion size, but that's to be expected in a casino setting. Overall, a good choice for a quick and convenient meal.
