Great location right next to the casino area and close to the entrance. The Noodle Shop does take reservations, which is convenient. There are plenty of food options to choose from and the ambience is pleasant. The only downside was that the food was not served hot, it was warm instead. However, the taste was still good. This could have been due to the Superbowl rush as they were very busy. Overall, it's worth a try if you're in the Mandalay Bay area.

I got the Taiwanese chili garlic noodles and they were so good. I also got the Shanghai style Lumpia and Kimchi along with a Sapporo, which were all great, but the noodles were amazing. The service was great, the atmosphere could use some work but for Mandalay Bay's cheapest restaurant it was pretty good. I'd highly recommend this place.

Oh boy! What a disappointment. Things are different from the last time that I went there last year for dinner. Well, for starters the very friendly manager/host guy is no longer there overseeing everything. Such as great customer service, delicious food and the past staff were able to communicate with the customers. It was challenging to order because the waiter could only take your order but didn’t understand anything else? My appetizer came out with my entrée. When I told the manager he just took it away and didn’t apologize or offer a solution to the problem. The spicy soup wasn’t spicy at all and the beef was tough. The pho soup had no favorite too! Something is going on because the food is not up to normal standards for a noodle restaurant. Good luck if you go there. The food looks good but it wasn’t no favorite at all.

We had a really tasty meal. Be sure to get a side of garlic green beans! Amazing! We were there early on a Saturday and the line was around the corner. Glad we were able to jump the line with our reservations. Highly recommended!
