Visit WebsiteLeave the classical steakhouse atmosphere behind and experience something different. STRIPSTEAK at Mandalay Bay offers your favorite steaks in a modern setting. Not only is the atmosphere unique, but so are the grilling methods. Wood-burning grills create a smoky flavor not found in traditional steakhouses, and slow poaching methods cook the steaks for hours until they reach the perfect temperature.

StripSteak in Las Vegas offers top-notch quality and exceptional food preparation. While the meat is on the pricier side, it is cooked flawlessly. The complimentary fries with three different dips are a delightful touch from the kitchen. For a side dish, the sautéed spinach with caramelized onions comes highly recommended. However, given the price point, the ambience could use some enhancement. Its location within the hotel’s food court area feels somewhat lackluster.

Now this place is FANCY. I ordered the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, and it was actually pretty good. However, what stole the show was the spinach and the truffle macaroni and cheese, which were both AMAZING. We couldn’t even finish all of it. Our waitress was also amazing and kept checking in on us, which was very nice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot for steak lovers at Mandalay Bay. The tomahawk steak is massive and perfect for sharing, especially when paired with the delicious creamed spinach and grilled mushrooms. The table fries are a must-try, and the seared salmon is cooked to perfection. Definitely a great place to splurge with friends!

StripSteak at Mandalay Bay Hotel/Casino is a fantastic dinner spot. The service provided by our server Mayra and the staff was exceptional. I ordered the NY strip steak and my wife had the chicken, both were delicious. If you are looking for a nice steak dinner spot for a special occasion while in Vegas, I highly recommend StripSteak. We were lucky to get a reservation that morning for our usual dinner time when most places were booked up. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vegas.

StripSteak is a high-end restaurant located at Mandalay Bay that comes with a hefty price tag. Our dining experience got off to a rough start due to a nearby table of crying children, whose parents seemed unconcerned with the noise disruption. Despite requesting to be seated away from the commotion, the hostess placed the family behind us instead. When speaking with the manager, Aaron, about the issue, we were met with resistance as he claimed there were not enough servers available to accommodate a move. Despite eventually being seated in a quieter area, the lack of consideration for our initial request was disappointing. Our server, Joseph, provided exceptional service and the food was delicious. However, due to the negative experience with the noisy children and management's response, I will not be recommending or returning to StripSteak. It's a shame that such a nice restaurant failed to prioritize all diners' experiences.

Our dining experience at this steak restaurant in Las Vegas exceeded our expectations. While the prices were a bit higher than we had anticipated, we understood the cost when making the reservation. Our server, Rachel, provided exceptional service throughout the evening, offering recommendations and sharing interesting facts about the hotel and restaurant. We started with the bacon appetizer, which was delicious even without the oyster sauce. The main course included the Cowboy steaks and salmon, both of which were superb. The accompanying sauces, Stripsteak Sauce and Horseradish, elevated the flavors even more. For dessert, we enjoyed the unique presentation of the Strawberry Cheesecake and the indulgent Molten Chocolate Cake. Additionally, the sherbet was a refreshing choice. To end the meal, a $28 20-year port provided the perfect conclusion to our dining experience at StripSteak.
