Visit WebsiteLeave the classical steakhouse atmosphere behind and experience something different. STRIPSTEAK at Mandalay Bay offers your favorite steaks in a modern setting. Not only is the atmosphere unique, but so are the grilling methods. Wood-burning grills create a smoky flavor not found in traditional steakhouses, and slow poaching methods cook the steaks for hours until they reach the perfect temperature.

We were attended by an experienced server who delivered an impressive sales pitch. While I was excited about enjoying a fine steak, my experience was somewhat mixed. The food took a considerable amount of time to arrive, likely due to a busy night. I ordered the rib eye, which was slightly tougher than anticipated; the dry-aged option might have been a better choice. The shareable sides were decent, and for our group of six, two out of the three sides were sufficient alongside the main dishes, providing more than enough food. Overall, I expected a bit more, although the portions were generous and the wine pairing suggestions were excellent.

The food at StripSteak in Las Vegas was absolutely delicious. They offer complimentary french fries for the table with a variety of dips; the dill aïoli was particularly impressive. The Seabass was excellently prepared, perfectly crispy and flaky, so tender it could be cut with a fork. The steak was also delicious and cooked to order. The drinks added to the satisfying dining experience. Although the cornbread tasted good, it seemed overpriced for the portion size. The restaurant itself is quite lovely, though it was slightly too dark, requiring a phone light to read the menu. The dessert menu appeared enticing, but the prices seemed steep.

StripSteak in Las Vegas offers top-notch quality and exceptional food preparation. While the meat is on the pricier side, it is cooked flawlessly. The complimentary fries with three different dips are a delightful touch from the kitchen. For a side dish, the sautéed spinach with caramelized onions comes highly recommended. However, given the price point, the ambience could use some enhancement. Its location within the hotel’s food court area feels somewhat lackluster.

Now this place is FANCY. I ordered the roasted chicken with mashed potatoes, and it was actually pretty good. However, what stole the show was the spinach and the truffle macaroni and cheese, which were both AMAZING. We couldn’t even finish all of it. Our waitress was also amazing and kept checking in on us, which was very nice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot for steak lovers at Mandalay Bay. The tomahawk steak is massive and perfect for sharing, especially when paired with the delicious creamed spinach and grilled mushrooms. The table fries are a must-try, and the seared salmon is cooked to perfection. Definitely a great place to splurge with friends!

StripSteak at Mandalay Bay Hotel/Casino is a fantastic dinner spot. The service provided by our server Mayra and the staff was exceptional. I ordered the NY strip steak and my wife had the chicken, both were delicious. If you are looking for a nice steak dinner spot for a special occasion while in Vegas, I highly recommend StripSteak. We were lucky to get a reservation that morning for our usual dinner time when most places were booked up. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vegas.
