Visit WebsiteLeave the classical steakhouse atmosphere behind and experience something different. STRIPSTEAK at Mandalay Bay offers your favorite steaks in a modern setting. Not only is the atmosphere unique, but so are the grilling methods. Wood-burning grills create a smoky flavor not found in traditional steakhouses, and slow poaching methods cook the steaks for hours until they reach the perfect temperature.

The food at StripSteak is excellent. I have been to many steakhouses in Vegas and this one is one of my absolute favorites. The complimentary fries that come with the meal are phenomenal and a creative departure from the typical bread with butter. The steak I had was wonderfully flavorful and cooked perfectly. StripSteak is a popular spot, so I highly recommend coming early to avoid the crowds, especially after shows and on game nights. Despite the crowds, it is absolutely worth it and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Vegas.

StripSteak at Mandalay Bay Hotel/Casino is a fantastic dinner spot. My partner and I had a wonderful experience celebrating a special occasion there. Our server and the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the NY strip steak and my partner had the chicken, both of which were incredibly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a nice steak dinner while in Vegas. We were lucky to score a reservation for dinner that evening when most places were fully booked. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Vegas.

This steak restaurant in Las Vegas lived up to all of our expectations and more. While the prices were a bit on the high side, we knew what we were getting into when we made the reservation and were not disappointed. Our server Rachel provided exceptional service throughout the evening, offering recommendations and sharing insights about the hotel and restaurant. We started with the bacon appetizer, which was incredibly delicious even without the oyster sauce. The cowboy steaks we shared were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing with the Stripsteak Sauce and Horseradish. Even the salmon dish was impressive. For dessert, we enjoyed the Strawberry Cheesecake, Molten Chocolate Cake, and sherbet, all of which were fantastic. To top off the meal, we indulged in a 20-year port for a perfect ending to our dining experience at STRIPSTEAK.

This steak restaurant in Las Vegas was everything we expected it to be and more! Okay, to be fair, the prices were higher than what the five of us had budgeted, walking out with a $425 bill, $505 with tip. But we knew what we were getting into when we made the reservation. Our service experience was phenomenal, Rachel took excellent care of us the entire evening, with recommendations, feedback, and even a little hotel and restaurant history. We started with the bacon appetizer. Four pieces of juicy ecstasy. I'm not an oyster person, so we asked for it without the oyster sauce. It was incredible! Fur of us shared two $88 Cowboy steaks, my wife had the salmon. The steak was superb, especially with the two side sauces we ordered: Stripsteak Sauce and Horseradish. I tasted the salmon as well (the best I've ever had). Desserts we ate included the Strawberry Cheesecake (served in an egg-shaped shell accompanied by a small mallet), the Molten Chocolate Cake (my favorite), and my wife had the sherbet. A $28 20-year port was the perfect bookend to an incredible meal at STRIPSTEAK!
