We visited STK in Las Vegas as a family of four with two teenage children. In my opinion, STK has the best happy hour menu on the strip. I tried a variety of cocktails, all of which were fantastic. I especially recommend the bonded & free for those who enjoy whiskey-based cocktails. The best quality and value items on the happy hour menu are the burger and fries, ceviche, and salmon slider. Despite a short wait to check in, we received prompt and excellent service. The wait for our drinks and food was minimal. Overall, our experience at STK was great.

My group visited STK for the first time and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The staff, food, and atmosphere were top-notch. Our server, Chrissy, provided exceptional service and even surprised us with a tasty birthday dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes, but the short rib ravioli, rib cap, and sweet potato donuts were especially delicious. I would definitely suggest giving STK a try and we are already looking forward to returning!

This place is fun! Very club vibe, the music is loud and upbeat. We had about 5 very dedicated men taking care of us and they were responsive, quick, and all around great service. We tried a lot of options on the menu, and everything was great! The Chilean Sea Bass was incredible!

Well over an HOUR after our reservation, we were finally seated. And that alone required complaining a couple times. They made it up to us quite generously with comped drinks, appetizers, and dessert. We ordered and split the tomahawk steak amongst the four of us. Market price? $495. But wow. It was so worth it. And I don’t even eat meat that often anymore. If this is the last steak I ever eat, I can truly say I chose the best way to say goodbye to red meat. It was perfectly cooked. Nice sear, super tender. The sides we had with it — the Mexican corn, spinach, and green beans — were just right. I can’t remember all the other dishes they plied us with but it was all delicious. You have to really shout to be heard at STK but it’s a vibe. Be prepared to wait even if you have a reservation and there are no guarantees they’ll make it up to you as lavishly as they did for my party. I feel lucky they did.

The atmosphere and service was nice, but the food was not hitting. I’ve heard great things about STK and was looking forward to trying it for the first time. However, my entire party was completely underwhelmed regarding the seasoning of the food. All of us requested for salt and pepper to try to enhance the flavor of the food. The quality of the food appeared to be very good, however, for the prices paid, I wouldn’t come back again because of the lack of flavor/seasoning at this STK location.

I’m going to give them a 3 overall because the food didn’t translate to the actual cost of it. My wife did like her braised beef but everything else including the bread lacked seasoning and depth. They even try to pass off a half of a Cornish hen as a half chicken. The atmosphere is very nice but let me be clear. Do not come here if you expect to converse with anyone at the table. I gave up and just tried to enjoy the music, which if turned down 10 - 15% would probably satisfy both objectives. I like the location inside the Cosmo but would probably not come back outside of the happy hour.
