I recently had the pleasure of dining at STK Vegas on Christmas Eve, and it turned out to be an outstanding culinary experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm, festive atmosphere perfectly set the tone for a special evening. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service from Mike, the manager. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality were evident from the start. He personally greeted us, ensuring we had everything we needed, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire meal. Mike’s dedication to creating an unforgettable dining experience truly stands out, and his recommendations were perfect! Now, let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely mind-blowing! Every dish was a masterpiece, with exquisite flavors and presentation akin to art. From the perfectly cooked steaks to the delectable sides, everything was beyond expectation. The short rib ravioli stood out as a favorite, along with the delightful donuts for dessert! The atmosphere was electric, with vibrant energy that added to the festive spirit of Christmas Eve. The music, decor, and overall ambiance made it a magical night to remember for years to come. If you're considering a special night out in Vegas, especially during the holidays, STK Vegas comes highly recommended. With Mike at the helm and a top-notch menu, you’re guaranteed an extraordinary experience. Thank you, STK Vegas, for making Christmas Eve truly unforgettable! We can’t wait to return!

What a wonderful experience! From the moment we sat down, our server Eduardo was quick to get our waters and drink orders. Seated at 4:30, we had our food in front of us by 4:55. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Usually, a rare steak often arrives as medium-rare, but they nailed it! The lobster butter was a bit too cold to fully melt on the steak but had great flavor. The truffle fries are also highly recommended.

Our server, Carolina, was exceptionally attentive and inquired about any allergy concerns right from the start, which we greatly appreciated as one of us had a tree nut allergy. The entire staff provided excellent service! The food from the Happy Hour menu was outstanding, and the cocktail choices were equally impressive. The shrimp cocktail was our absolute favorite. Gather your friends and make sure to visit for Happy Hour—you won’t regret it! We are definitely planning to return!

I had the A5 wagyu at STK and it was fantastic! However, I wasn't a fan of the crab cakes or the tuna tartar. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively with great music, beautiful flowers, and a dark ambiance. I would definitely come back to try some other dishes.

We had a wonderful experience at STK in Las Vegas. We decided to eat early at 4:30 to avoid the loud music that usually plays later in the evening. The atmosphere was very pleasant at that time, just starting to get busy but not too noisy. Service was attentive but not overbearing, allowing us to fully enjoy our meal. The bread, which was similar to garlic knots in loaf form, was served promptly and was delicious. We ordered the Short Rib and the Filet 10 oz, along with truffle fries. Everything was excellent; the corn compote under the Short Rib was particularly tasty, and the Filet was cooked perfectly to medium plus, with a nice char on the outside. The fries and dipping sauce were also very good. While the pricing was a bit high, even for the Strip, the quality of the food made it worth it. It would have been nice if the meals came with a salad included for the cost. Overall, I would recommend STK but may try another restaurant for comparison next time.

STK in Las Vegas offers high quality dishes at high Strip pricing, a common trend in the area. While the food at STK was delicious, many may find it not worth the hefty price tag. The Caesar Salad was good, but not exceptional, and the Braised Short Rib and sides were enjoyable, but not outstanding. Service at STK was top-notch, with our server Leslie providing excellent care and engaging with us in a friendly manner. The restaurant space itself is nice, but can be quite loud, fitting right in with the bustling atmosphere of Las Vegas. Overall, STK offers good food but comes at a premium price.
