What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

The service at Jaleo is top-notch. Our server was attentive and quick to fix any mistakes with our food. The manager also made sure to check in on us, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious and satisfying, although I wish I had room to try more dishes. The drinks were tasty, especially the spicy margarita and sangria. Even the flan, which I usually don't like, was surprisingly good. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu.

What I Liked Most

What I Disliked

The cocktails at Jaleo in Las Vegas were excellent and the service was top-notch. Our server was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. The Paella was a bit overrated, especially considering the price tag of $100 per plate. It would be more enjoyable if there was a more interactive preparation process. Be prepared to spend over $100 per person if you have a big appetite. The octopus was average, but a good option for those new to seafood. The Spanish bread with tomato sauce and the steak with peppers were delicious. The chicken and cheese fried dish was good, but a bit heavy, so it's best to order it earlier in the meal. Overall, I would come back to Jaleo for the drinks, service, and ambience.

What I Disliked

One recent busy night, I was able to secure a table at Jaleo through their website. After a brief 10-minute wait, I was seated. The food, particularly the paella, was quite delicious. The portion sizes were slightly smaller than expected, but still satisfying. While the service wasn't the quickest, the staff members were incredibly friendly. I would recommend giving Jaleo a try at least once.

The cocktails at Jaleo were fantastic and the service was top-notch. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and patiently answered all of our questions. While the Paella was a bit overrated, watching it being prepared would have added to the dining experience. Be prepared to spend over $100 per person if you're hungry. The octopus was average, but a good choice for those new to seafood. The Spanish bread with tomato sauce was delicious, as were the steak with peppers. The chicken and cheese fried dish was tasty but a bit heavy, so best ordered early in the meal. Overall, I would return for the drinks, service, and ambiance of Jaleo.

Great cocktails and service. Our server Jordan was phenomenal at explaining the menu and answering our numerous questions with patience and grace. The Paella is overrated—if there was more of an entertainment factor of seeing it prepared closer it may be more worth the price tag of $100 for one plate . Prepare to spend $100+ pp if you’re hungry. Octopus was average but a cool taste if you’re new to seafood and worried about flavour. The Spanish bread with tomato sauce was great, the steak with peppers was great, and the chicken and cheese fried dish was good but a bit heavy so I’d order towards the beginning of the meal instead. Would return for drinks and service along with ambience.

The service here is incredible. Our server was Sunny and he was very attentive and corrected any mistake we had with our food promptly. I like how the manager checked in on us occasionally as well. The food was tasty and filling. I wish I had room for more food but I’ll definitely come back to try other dishes. The drinks were tasty I had a spicy margarita and the sangria. I usually don’t like flan but they made it pretty good here.
