Loved Gazpacho My kid loved the cod croquet Anchovy with Tomato Bread was OK... Pasta with Squid Ink was good! Paella was ... have mixed feeling about it. The Salmon was good. Overall, it was OK. My kids enjoyed Foosball. My husband enjoyed Sangria. The foosball table is located outside of the restaurant which was fine as we were with kids but we didn't get to enjoy the whole restaurant atmosphere which sucked.

We came in here for a date night, and had a great time and a good tapas experience. The service was top-notch (as you'd expect for a place as expensive as Jaleo), and the food was good. You're definitely paying more than you would somewhere else for the same type of food, but that's Vegas for you. We really enjoyed the endives (still dreaming about them), the sangria (worth getting a pitcher), and the octopus (difficult to get right, but they do a great job). We'd love to try their chef-tasting experience the next time we come to town.

Dale is a gem of a server, the best service we've had in the US all honeymoon. She immediately helped with allergy information, making me feel very comfortable which is never the case when eating out usually, something which we couldn't thank Dale for enough - she even brought us a free dessert knowing it was our honeymoon! The food was great too, we've visited Spain and had tapas multiple times over there, but this was just as good too. Thoroughly enjoyable experience and couldn't recommend this place enough, particularly to anybody with any food allergies.

During the Inman Conference, my Everhomies and I decided to indulge in the culinary wonders of Jaleo, nestled within the Cosmopolitan. The moment we walked in, the fiery allure of the pit set a theatrical mood. The chefs gracefully accommodated our video and photo requests, showcasing their artistry. Several dishes left us so enchanted, I missed capturing them on camera! While both sangrias impressed, the White Sangria clearly stole the show. And don't miss the olive on a spoon - a delightful treat that sets the tone for a gastronomic journey. Five stars for an unforgettable experience!

Jose Andres' Jaleo is a great place to have dinner with friends and family! Located in the beautiful Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino, it has a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, although the chairs could be more comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with the highlight being the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had! Service was top notch and server Sunny was very attentive and knowledgeable. All in all, this makes for an incredible evening!

I visited for dinner, and I opted for the tasting menu.. It was an outstanding assortment of dishes! There were two alternatives in some of the courses, and the flan was genuinely remarkable - it had a really creamy consistency.
