The cocktails at Jaleo were fantastic and the service was top-notch. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and patiently answered all of our questions. While the Paella was a bit overrated, watching it being prepared would have added to the dining experience. Be prepared to spend over $100 per person if you're hungry. The octopus was average, but a good choice for those new to seafood. The Spanish bread with tomato sauce was delicious, as were the steak with peppers. The chicken and cheese fried dish was tasty but a bit heavy, so best ordered early in the meal. Overall, I would return for the drinks, service, and ambiance of Jaleo.

The Bellagio Patisserie in Las Vegas is a delightful destination for those in search of high-quality pastries. They offer a wide array of visually appealing and delicious treats that showcase expert craftsmanship and freshness with every bite. The blend of flavors and textures is truly delightful. While the experience is fantastic, some may find room for improvement in the ambience and seating area. Nevertheless, it is a must-visit spot for pastry lovers looking for a sophisticated setting. Don't miss out on their amazing raspberry macaroon and crepes selection. And be sure to check out the Guinness World Record-holding chocolate fountain - it's a sight to behold!
