Overall, the food at VIVA in Las Vegas was delightful. The steak tacos were especially tasty, and while the guacamole had a slightly mild flavor, it paired perfectly with the nachos. The white sangria I tried was enjoyable as well. The staff were courteous and provided thorough explanations. I would recommend dining here if you are staying at Resorts World.

We visited VIVA in Las Vegas before going to the airport and were thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The decor and music contributed to a great vibe. The scallops had an interesting presentation as well. The Loco Mole Bowl is highly recommended, and if you appreciate cocktails, try the New Old Fashioned. Our server, Anthony, provided solid recommendations.
