Enjoyed a delightful lunch with remarkably flavorful and expertly prepared pasta. The lumachi pasta with ragu was comforting and delicious, while the steak tartare also stood out. The portions are generous, and the ambiance is beautiful. Definitely planning a return visit for dinner.

Unforgettable dining experience inside Resorts World. Executive Chef Nicole Brisson’s brilliance shines through the modern coastal Italian cuisine. Highly recommend all the pictured dishes and drinks, especially the lumache bolognese. Shout out to our server Mark for his hospitality and recommendations.

Let's start with the positive: the staff and atmosphere at Brezza in Las Vegas were absolutely fantastic. On the downside, the food was quite disappointing. Having dined at numerous upscale restaurants in Vegas, the food here did not meet expectations. While the presentation in the pictures looked appealing, the taste fell short across the board. It would be wiser to spend that money at another establishment.

The food at Brezza in Las Vegas was decent but not as great as expected. The Ceasar salad we ordered had too strong of an anchovy flavor, causing us to not eat it and my companion to spit it out. Despite rejecting the salad, we were still charged for it. The skirt steak was average. On a positive note, the mousse was delicious.

Our food arrived in a timely manner at Brezza, but unfortunately our waiter did not come back to check on the table for quite some time. I had to ask for salt and pepper after waiting for about 10 minutes, and even then the waiter seemed preoccupied with other tables. By the time the steak arrived, it was cold. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he brought a manager over who did not handle the situation appropriately. To make matters worse, our iced teas were not refilled throughout the meal. The final bill came to $430 + tip, with only a 15% tip left due to the lackluster service. For the high price we paid, the lack of attention to customer satisfaction was disappointing. I would not recommend wasting your time or money at this establishment.

What a fantastic dining experience at Brezza in Las Vegas! The service was top-notch and the food was expertly prepared to order. They really give you the space to relax and enjoy your meal with just the right amount of time between courses. The portion sizes were perfect and the flavors were absolutely delicious - you can definitely taste the care and attention to detail from the kitchen staff. We also highly recommend trying the Amaro flight as a wonderful addition to your evening.
