Carbone in Las Vegas, a fancy Italian steakhouse located in the Aria, is definitely a place where you'll want to make a reservation to avoid a long wait. The service and food at Carbone are exceptional, but with the prices you're paying, it's to be expected. Their attention to detail, like searing their name into the bone of the Tomahawk steak, adds a nice touch to the dining experience. The drinks are well crafted and the food is delicious overall. The steaks are perfectly cooked and the pasta is also cooked to perfection. It's hard to find anything to complain about in terms of the food and drinks. The only downside during my visit was that the washrooms had flooded earlier and were not fixed, which meant making a trek to the nearest public washroom near the restaurant. Apart from that, Carbone is a top-notch dining experience in Las Vegas.
Recently visited Triple 7 Restaurant and Brewery during my trip to Las Vegas. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant was smoke-free despite being located in a casino. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future!
I was really disappointed by my experience at Fuhu. I had high hopes for a great Asian restaurant with fun small dishes, but unfortunately the food fell short. Our server recommended several dishes to us, but they were a miss. The "Seafood soup dumpling" had a strange texture that left us spitting into our napkins, and when we asked about it, the server admitted it was "rubbery and funky". The sushi rolls were overly inventive and the flavor combinations just did not work. The nigiri was fresh and tasty, but overall the food did not match the atmosphere. The cocktails were good though. We ended up leaving sushi uneaten on our plates and were left feeling disappointed by the dining experience.
Secret Pizza at the Cosmopolitan is a well-known late-night spot that offers delicious pizza at a reasonable price. The quick and efficient service makes it a popular choice for those looking for a late-night bite after a night out in Las Vegas. Choose your pizza, pay while you wait, and be on your way with a warm and satisfying slice. It's a great option for a quick and convenient meal when you're craving pizza and need something to eat before heading home for the night.
