What I Disliked
The food was disappointing. It had an enticing aroma, but the Cantonese brisket was overly fatty and lacked flavor, requiring a hefty dose of soy sauce. The Red fried rice also fell short, being quite bland and not justifying its price. When asked about the meal, I mentioned my concerns about the brisket's excessive fat and lack of flavor, but there was no acknowledgment or offer to adjust the bill. On a positive note, the pot stickers were a tasty appetizer.

Red 8, located in the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas, serves a delicious array of Chinese fusion dishes. The ambiance is exceptionally posh, filled with stunning red decor and beautiful adornments. The service is professional, though not particularly warm or friendly. The food itself is impressive, with excellent presentation. While some dishes could use a bit more flavor, the overall experience is satisfying. Rating: 4 dumplings 🥟🥟🥟🥟

The food at Red 8 in Las Vegas is outstanding. The vegetable spring rolls are delicious, offering a delightful blend of crispiness on the outside and softness on the inside. The jade dumplings are equally impressive. The Singapore vegetable vermicelli is also quite tasty. The vegetable fried rice with tofu is good, though it could use a bit more salt – a sentiment that also applies to the vermicelli. The ambiance is exceptionally classy, providing a refined dining experience. The service is excellent, characterized by professionalism and punctuality.

The food at Red 8 in Las Vegas was decent, but not great. The service was very slow, with another patron receiving their order before we did, even though we had already placed ours. Additionally, my companion had to use Splenda from her purse because the honey she requested for her hot tea was not provided. The overall experience was not worth it, especially considering the loud ambiance. While I have been to noisy but delicious restaurants in Vegas before, Red 8 did not make up for it with its food quality.

Red 8 at the Wynn was an amazing dining experience! The food was delicious and reasonably priced for Las Vegas. We couldn't get enough of the Orange Chicken, Curry Singapore Rice Vermicelli, and Red 8 Combination Fried Rice. If we find ourselves back at the Wynn/Wynn Encore in the future, we will definitely be returning to Red 8 for another fantastic meal!
