One of the best steakhouse experiences in Vegas can be found at Bazaar Meat. I recently indulged in the chef selection steak course menu and was blown away by the variety and quality of dishes. From the soups and appetizers to the steak and desserts, each course was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the dishes, especially considering the location at Sahara, which may not be a top 5 star hotel. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch, adding to the overall exceptional dining experience with my party. I cannot recommend Bazaar Meat enough and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Vegas. Trust me, the dishes here are simply unforgettable.
Julian Serrano Tapas was truly a delightful experience. The food was top-notch, with a wide range of flavors in each bite that showcased the chef's talent. The diverse selection of tapas truly highlighted the culinary expertise of the restaurant. The ambiance was fantastic, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The modern decor added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who provided great recommendations and ensured a smooth dining experience. The only downside was the Paella dish, where the rice was overcooked and resembled small stone chips. This was disappointing given the otherwise high quality of the meal.
For the purposes of this review, I'll only be focusing on the lessons process at Lee Canyon. The reservation process was smooth online, making it easy to pick a date and time. It was clear that lift tickets were not included. I booked a private snowboarding lesson for myself and a Snow Kids session for my child. It was convenient that kids under 12 receive free lift tickets. Driving up to Lee Canyon was hassle-free, with highway patrol quickly waving us through. The roads were plowed, and despite signs indicating chains were required, it was not enforced. The parking area had been revamped to accommodate more cars, making it easy to find a spot. Obtaining lift tickets was straightforward, scanning a QR code at a kiosk to receive a reloadable card. The rental process, however, was long and inefficient due to understaffing. We waited 1.5 hours to get geared up, which almost made us late for our lessons. The lesson meet-up was well-marked, and the drop-off process for my child was easy. My instructor, Malcolm, was welcoming and patient. We discussed my experience and goals, and he provided clear explanations and demonstrations. Malcolm was encouraging and helped me improve my technique. He even introduced new skills like riding switch and navigating through trees. I had a fantastic time and learned a lot during our private session. Overall, I highly recommend private lessons with Malcolm. His instructive technique and rapport are excellent for both kids and adults. He made the learning process enjoyable and effective. I also want to thank Rylen for his kindness and patience with my child. Thank you to Malcolm and the team at Lee Canyon for a great experience!
