The beer at Chicago Brewing Co in Las Vegas is excellent, which earns it 2 stars. Unfortunately, our dining experience was less than satisfactory. The chef seemed more interested in the basketball game than paying attention to our order. As a result, the pizza was undercooked, with cold sauce and unmelted cheese, not at all a true representation of Chicago-style deep dish. The chef's constant observation of my partner made us uncomfortable, further detracting from our visit. I would suggest visiting solely for the exceptional beer, especially if this chef isn't on duty.

An average brewpub experience. Located inside the Four Queens casino, Chicago Brewing Co. is currently affected by construction, which has limited their menu to about two-thirds of the usual offerings, mostly standard bar fare. However, the CBC beer was quite good. Considering the inconvenience, it may not be worth the effort to visit at this time.

Chicago Brewing Co at the 4 Queens offers delicious pizza at a great price. The pizza is made fresh and tastes amazing. It's a good value compared to other pizza places in the downtown/Fremont Street area. I definitely recommend checking them out for a satisfying meal.

The service at Chicago Brewing Co was quick and friendly, which was great. I appreciated that the restaurant had both smoking and non-smoking sections. They offer a variety of American-style food such as burgers, pizzas, salads, and classic appetizers like mozzarella sticks and wings. I tried the sausage and mushroom pizza with thin crust, but found it to be a bit too cheesy for my taste. The prices were reasonable considering the location in the 4 queens. Overall, I would say Chicago Brewing Co is a middle-of-the-road option in terms of quality, with quantity being more emphasized. I would recommend trying their burgers if you visit.

Discovered this hidden gem while exploring Las Vegas this week and was pleasantly surprised by the food at Chicago Brewing Co. It's a cozy hole-in-the-wall type spot where I tried the calamari and chicken quesadillas, both of which were delicious. I also couldn't resist ordering a michelada, expertly made by bartender Jerry who also served me my meals. To top off the evening, Jerry whipped up a fantastic espresso martini that I now dub my after-dinner dessert. The vintage style of the spot at the Four Queens added to the charm of the experience. I really enjoyed my visit to Chicago Brewing Co.

I recently visited Chicago Brewing Co for dinner and was once again impressed. The food was delicious, with generous portions for the price. I particularly enjoyed the Weizenheimer Beer. The service was outstanding, with Mike providing exceptional customer service and making me feel very welcome. I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you!
