During my recent visit to Las Vegas, I chose to stay at The Signature at MGM Grand and it turned out to be a remarkable experience. Upon entering the grand and elegantly designed lobby, I felt confident that I had chosen well. The check-in process was swift, with the staff being notably friendly and accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of size, cleanliness, and comfort. A highlight was the private spa/jacuzzi in the bathroom, ideal for unwinding after a busy day in the city. Gazing at the breathtaking view of the Strip from my window at night was a true delight. This expansive resort spans multiple buildings, each providing its own unique vibe. Guests can enjoy various pools, including a lazy river meant for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness center, and a lively casino with an electrifying atmosphere. One of the most impressive aspects was the affordability of the stay, especially given its prime location right on the Strip, with easy access to entertainment, dining, and shopping. In summary, my experience at MGM Grand was exceptional. From the luxurious room with a spa to the extensive amenities and prime location, it offered incredible value. I wholeheartedly recommend The Signature at MGM Grand and would eagerly return for another stay!

I'm reluctant to say this, but our visit left us quite underwhelmed. The hotel feels trapped in the past, reminiscent of the early '90s. We're not high-maintenance guests; we simply seek a clean, cozy, and reasonably pleasant environment. Unfortunately, this venue failed to deliver on those fronts. We opted for a Deluxe Suite with an extra charge only to be greeted by a view of a littered parking lot. The king-sized bed had a mattress that was so used, it retained deep grooves. In a city like Vegas, the lack of a mini bar or room service is surprising. Even basic amenities like coffee mugs and glasses were missing, which was truly unexpected. It felt more akin to a roadside budget hotel than a Vegas establishment. While we understand that the rates are more affordable compared to others in the area, this place should not be marketed as a 5-star hotel. If it were categorized as a 3-star, perhaps the disparity between expectations and reality wouldn’t have been as jarring.

This hotel truly stands out in Las Vegas due to its exclusive atmosphere. Access to the property, including the public lobbies, driveway, and other areas, is strictly limited to residents, ensuring a level of security and privacy that's uncommon in other Vegas hotels, especially those on the Strip. Unlike the often crowded and bustling environments found elsewhere, this controlled access provides a more serene and secure setting for guests. Despite being about a 15-minute walk to the Strip, it remains wonderfully quiet. The check-in process was smooth and efficient; however, clearer explanations regarding the deposits and payment procedures would be beneficial. Understanding more about the charges, when additional payments might be required, and the timeline for refunds would enhance the overall experience with greater transparency. The room was impressively spacious and well-appointed. Located on one of the higher floors, it offered a fantastic balcony with stunning views stretching from the Sphere to New York New York, with breathtaking sunsets as a bonus. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large jacuzzi that quickly filled with hot water, a separate shower, and a private toilet area, all feeling luxurious and well-designed. Additionally, the room included a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, and microwave, which is convenient for longer stays. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, this hotel is an absolute must-stay. It’s easily one of the best hotel experiences available, especially for those on road trips through the area. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a secure, luxurious, and peaceful stay in Vegas.

The Signature at MGM Grand offers rooms with kitchenettes or suites that, although labeled as penthouses, are essentially spacious two-bedroom extended-stay accommodations. Situated away from the busy strip, the location provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, including the noise and smoke of casinos. However, this means a lengthy 10-minute walk to reach the main MGM area, which might not be ideal for those seeking accessibility due to uneven walkways and a lack of roll-in showers. The front desk service is average and not particularly forthcoming with information, requiring guests to inquire for details. Additionally, the phone service can be unreliable. The mandatory valet service is less than welcoming, with staff often displaying a brusque demeanor. Guests are required to use bell service and valet, as self-unloading of luggage or use of luggage carts is not permitted. Tower 1 seems more worn compared to the others, and despite the luxury price point, the decor and room layouts feel outdated and somewhat awkward. On the plus side, the jacuzzi tubs and showers provide good water pressure. While there are certainly comparable or better options with closer proximity to the strip, it's important to note that the rooms are privately owned, which results in variations in cleaning and renovations. The inclusion of balconies is a nice touch, though they lack furniture, making it challenging to fully enjoy the space.

We stayed in Tower One in a one-bedroom suite, and it exceeded all our expectations! The location was ideal, and the complimentary valet parking was a great convenience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Everything about the suite was top-notch, except for the bed. The mattress seemed due for a replacement, as it was too soft and sagged in the middle. Without this issue, we would easily rate this place a perfect 10!

During our December 2024 visit to The Signature at MGM Grand, specifically in Tower 2, we had a fantastic experience amidst the buzz of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo. The view from our balcony was truly breathtaking! The suite provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The towers conveniently connect to the MGM Grand, making navigation simple and straightforward. Delights restaurant within The Signature is a fantastic dining spot. I strongly recommend booking a stay at one of the three towers at the MGM Signature hotel!
