The Signature at MGM Grand in Las Vegas may not be the worst option depending on your budget. However, if you plan on bringing a car, it's been recommended to explore other options. One guest had a less than ideal experience with the valet/bag service, which impacted their overall impression of the hotel. The room was described as clean and equipped with a jacuzzi tub, although it was noted to be a bit outdated. This seems to be a common issue across hotels in Las Vegas. One unique feature of this hotel is that it is a gated community, requiring a room key for access. While this added a sense of security, it caused some confusion when arriving before the room was ready. Guests can access the Strip by walking through the MGM, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Having visited Vegas multiple times, I can confidently say that The Signature at MGM Grand is the best place I've stayed. Even though it's a bit further from the strip than other hotels I've stayed at, the price was fair, the hotel was quiet, and I appreciated not having to navigate through a casino to get to my room. The free valet service was a nice bonus as well.

I recently stayed at The Signature at MGM Grand during a busy weekend. The penthouse suite was spacious and included a convenient kitchenette with a sink, perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals. One downside was the odd smell in the hallways, which I later learned was likely due to the building also housing apartments. Despite this, the hotel was a good value overall. It is located on the strip, yet also offers a peaceful atmosphere with great views. My room even had a balcony with a fantastic view. A special shoutout to the housekeeping staff for their excellent work during my stay.

No hot water. No housekeeping. Dirty sheets, rug, and furniture. They don't replace your towels and toilet paper. $99-115 to get housekeeping and $15 for a "delivery fee." No free parking and valet parking available unless you come back to your hotel at 3pm. They don't take your trash out. All self-service.

I stayed at this hotel for the weekend of NYE 2024 and I was not impressed. The location was near the strip, great right? Sure if you're not driving, maybe. They have valet parking if you do drive, BUT only when they choose to. I arrived from picking up my cousin from the airport around 2 am only to find out that valet services were no longer available. I was told that I had to park at the MGM, which was nearly a mile from my room, and walk. I was also told that I would get reimbursed for my parking and was not. I was outraged with this, as that was something they could have told me prior to my stay, as the fact they don't have parking at the hotel, I wouldn't have chosen to stay there. Needless to say, I spent over $700 for 2 days and had to pay for parking and walk nearly a mile one way to my room, not to mention back to my car. Plus, pay $23 for parking each time. Never again will I stay at this property. it's definitely not worth it!

Would give 10 stars if it was an option. Just spent 4 days in one of the 1 bedroom suites in tower 2. Best experience in Vegas to date and we have been going to Vegas for 20yrs (minus a couple for the “C-vid”. Definitely will stay here again. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Awesome location. Top notch valet. Can’t say enough about the place. When I found out about residency within the building, now contemplating buying a suite here.
