It’s been over 15 minutes. I had to clear two tables for them to seat our party. We have yet to be acknowledged even sitting across the bar. No outside seating as “the waitress doesn’t have time to go outside”... while 5 minutes later she goes outside. We are walking out as I am writing this. Just bad service. Not even a “give us 2 minutes, we’re booked.” Just go to the food court; Starbucks across the hall has quicker service. Simply put, avoid this place.

The Lounge in Las Vegas is a fantastic place to unwind after a long day at the casino. I dropped by after a show while heading back to my room. It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main casino floor at the base of Signature Tower One, offering a peaceful retreat. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the bartender was both friendly and accommodating of my playful requests 😂. I will certainly make a point to visit again during my next stay.

Perfect place to unwind and decompress after a day of gambling. Located at the bottom of Signature tower one, The Lounge offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of the casino floor. The drinks were expertly made and the bartender was not only friendly but accommodating of special requests. I will definitely make a point to visit again during my next trip to Las Vegas.

It’s been quite some time since we arrived and we still haven't been acknowledged by any staff members. We had to clear two tables ourselves in order to be seated and were told there was no outside seating available because the waitress didn't have time to go outside, but then we saw her outside a few minutes later. We are leaving as I write this because of the poor service. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. It's best to avoid this place and try another option like the food court or even Starbucks for quicker service.

After a disappointing dining experience at The Lounge in Las Vegas, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service we received. Despite a long wait and soggy, cold food during our first visit, the server, Ferdie, and manager, Robbie, went above and beyond to make things right. They invited us back for brunch the next day and treated us to a delicious meal on the house. During our return visit, Ferdie warmly welcomed us and made sure our experience was top-notch. He even had chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our table as a gesture of apology. The staff's dedication to providing excellent customer service left us impressed and grateful. Our brunch at The Lounge turned our weekend around and left us feeling happy and satisfied. We look forward to returning for another stay at The Signature in the future and will definitely be recommending this establishment to our loved ones. Thank you, Ferdie and Robbie, for your outstanding hospitality!

Excellent spot for unwinding after a tough day at the casino. I visited The Lounge after a show and found it to be a peaceful retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main casino floor. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the bartender was accommodating and good-humored, even when faced with my quirky requests. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Las Vegas.
