We recently visited this charming deli nestled in Tower 2 of the MGM Signature Resorts. The variety of dishes available is impressive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Delights - Gourmet Delicatessen in Las Vegas offers convenient online ordering, though it's important to note that a tip must be entered before completing payment. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with fries ($21) and a Coke ($6). Staying in Tower III, the walk to the restaurant in Tower II was quite brief. When I arrived, the server handed me the bottled Coke while the hot food was still being prepared. Once ready, I walked back to my tower and quickly took the elevator to the 4th floor, but the food was already cold. The sandwich itself was disappointingly bland, tasting like cardboard with some marinara sauce. Although I had considered trying breakfast there the next day, this experience has changed my mind.

During my stay at the Signature, I initially viewed Delights - Gourmet Delicatessen purely as a convenient and efficient option. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The food was exceptionally fresh and flavorful. Everything from the pancakes to the eggs, potatoes, and oatmeal was quite satisfying. The decor featured some random but interesting LA-themed signs and artwork, adding a unique touch to the atmosphere. Since orders are placed at the counter, I didn't rate the service. Overall, a delightful culinary surprise!

We ordered a build your own omelet and were surprised to see an additional $3 charge for egg white, spinach, and cheddar. These extra charges were not clearly stated on the menu. Additionally, our server missed adding the ham and pepper jack that we requested.
