We were looking forward to our stay at Vdara in Las Vegas, as the hotel promised a peaceful atmosphere, which we appreciated. However, a series of disappointing experiences marred what could have been a top-notch visit. To begin with, arriving after midnight meant a lengthy trek from the parking garage to our room, without any assistance from the staff. Opting to use the app for check-in seemed the best choice, given the lack of helpfulness and friendliness from the hotel team. The condition of the room also fell short of expectations; it was quite worn out, with several broken items. While we didn’t anticipate everything to be perfect, we did expect better given the cost. A significant issue arose when I discovered that I had left my wedding suit pants and a brand-new dress shirt in the closet after returning home. Upon contacting the hotel, they insisted the items were never found. These were valuable clothing items, and the hotel’s apparent lack of effort in locating them was particularly frustrating. In summary, we anticipated more from a property that advertises itself as a five-star experience. Hopefully, others have a more favorable stay.

Our experience at Vdara was exceptional! The hotel is perfectly situated—secluded enough for tranquility, yet centrally located among the action. The convenient walkways and tunnels to Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Aria made navigating the area a breeze, which was a relief in the heat. The suite we stayed in was pristine, modern, and spacious, offering stunning views of the Strip. We valued the serene and relaxed vibe of the hotel, a nice contrast to the bustling atmosphere of larger casinos. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend it to those seeking a blend of luxury, prime location, and a peaceful retreat from the crowds.

My experience at Vdara Hotel in Las Vegas was truly outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! From the moment of arrival, I was impressed by the exceptional service and keen attention to detail. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was a highlight—spacious, modern, and exquisitely designed. Having a fully equipped kitchen was a delightful feature, perfect for preparing meals and making the space feel like a home away from home, especially during an extended stay. The living area was cozy and welcoming, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep after exploring Las Vegas all day. A standout aspect was the elevator system. The elevators were remarkably fast and efficient, with minimal wait times even during busy periods. This small detail significantly enhanced the ease and convenience of navigating the hotel. The view from the room was extraordinary. It offered a stunning panoramic view of the Las Vegas skyline, and I often found myself by the window, captivated by the sights. Whether by day or at night with the city lights aglow, the view was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, Vdara exceeded all expectations in every way. The blend of spacious rooms, excellent amenities, swift elevators, top-notch service, and awe-inspiring views created an unforgettable experience. For a luxurious, relaxing, and convenient stay in Las Vegas, Vdara is an ideal choice. I'm eager to return!

This hotel is amazing! It offers a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere that's really appealing. There’s no casino and it's a smoke-free venue, which is a definite plus. You get the best of both worlds with major hotels nearby, allowing you to retreat to calmness before diving into a lively night out. It's an ideal spot for a perfect evening.

I chose Vdara mainly for its convenient amenities, such as the kitchenette and spacious living area. Although mugs, cutlery, and dinnerware required a separate request, that wasn't a significant problem. However, I did run into an issue with the K-Cup coffee machine. Unlike at other hotels, the room didn't come with coffee pods or tea, so I asked if these could be provided upon request. When I asked the concierge, I was told that coffee pods were complimentary if requested. I asked for some and received four pods. A couple of days later, I made the same request at the front desk, and another set of four pods was delivered. On both occasions, I confirmed they were free of charge. At checkout, I was surprised to find charges for the coffee pods on my final bill. I raised this concern with the front desk, and Jasmine informed me that the resort had recently changed its policy and that I was misinformed. Although she apologized and promised to notify her manager, the charges remained. Had I been aware that the pods weren't complimentary, I might have opted not to request them, or I would have willingly paid if this had been disclosed upfront. Instead, two different staff members indicated they were free, only for me to be charged later. This was both frustrating and disappointing. While I appreciated the unit's features, this experience negatively impacted my stay. Clear communication and improved customer service could have entirely changed my impression.

During our stay at Vdara, we experienced an issue with housekeeping, which was absent throughout our visit. Apparently, housekeeping believed we were in a privately owned unit and were unaware that service was required, even though we made our reservation through the official website. We thought it was resolved when housekeeping assured us they were coming, but no one arrived. We eventually had to visit the front desk in person to address the matter. Additional inconveniences included having to call three times to reach the front desk on our first day just to get a dental kit. Most amenities required a call to obtain. There was no complimentary water, and while the kitchenette is a nice feature, it was completely devoid of supplies. Surprisingly, the minibar was empty too, which now makes sense since the room was mistaken for a privately owned one. Consider booking a different hotel with more dependable service to avoid similar frustrations.
