Vdara is a stunning hotel in Las Vegas. The suite set up and lack of a casino made our stay comfortable with our children. The staff was top-notch with excellent service from valet, room service, spa, and gym. While breakfast in the lobby was pricey, it's to be expected on the Strip. We are already thinking about our next stay at Vdara.

Visited Vdara during Super Bowl weekend and had a pleasant stay. It's a great option for those wanting a quieter hotel near other popular casinos. The indoor bridge to Cosmopolitan and Bellagio, as well as the proximity to Aria, make it convenient for those looking to explore the area. The non-smoking policy was a nice touch, providing a peaceful environment without the usual casino noise. There's even a nice dog relief park for those traveling with pets. My only complaint is that the carpeting in the hallways and rooms was noticeably worn and in need of replacement soon. However, the overall service was very good and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Vdara rooms are spacious if you do not intent to use the pull out sofa. That being said, when we made our reservations, we did mark it for 4, that night, when we pulled the sofa bed out, went to the closet for the linens, none were there. When we called to inform them that we had no 2nd set of linens despite our reservations indicating that; they took a few minutes shy of an hour to delivery them. Regarding the room: a lot of the light fixtures either didn’t work or a light bulb in the set was out. Made the room feel dark and not comfortable. The overall staff was decent, nothing to rave about. Since there was no casino, the restaurants were non existent and the one cafe downstairs was good, limited but good. The shower head leaked a lot so not sure how much of the wellness we were really Getting.

This is by far my worst experience with Vdara. I've been a patron since 2010, and while there might have been some minor issues before, everything was fine for me. However, this stay has been absolutely horrible! I will never recommend anyone to stay here. I checked in on the 31st, arriving after midnight. When I got to my room, I found the mini bar empty, the mini fridge locked, and the tablet missing. The next afternoon, I went to the front desk to report the problem and see if they could change my room, but the answer was no. Fine. The front desk clerk said he would ask the housekeeper to fix it. I also requested the sofa bed to be made. However, when I returned to my room around 10 pm, the sofa bed was still not made, and the mini bar and tablet were still not fixed! So, I called the front desk again to ask for someone to help me make the sofa bed because there were no sheets. They said they would send someone, but by midnight, no one had come. I had to press the 'do not disturb' button because my eight-year-old son couldn't wait any longer; he needed to sleep. Around 12:30 am, the phone in my room rang! They said the housekeeper was outside my room and could help me make the sofa bed. I couldn't believe they would call guests in the middle of the night. I had to open the door, take the sheets back to my room, and tell the housekeeper it was too late, please help me tomorrow. The next day, when I left my room in the morning, I put the service button on. When I returned around 9 pm, the service button was still on, and no one had cleaned up my room at all! I am so disappointed with the service here. I can't believe this is a 4-star hotel's service.

We upgraded and the view was amazing, location amazing….service LESS than bare minimum. We UPGRADED and had zero items in our minibar, old Cheetos in cabinet, dirty dusty room….I had the “maid” light on from 7:30am-12pm and no one came; we verbally requested twice. OH we paid for two rooms mind you….they ended up refunding ONE of the rooms resort fees (thanks for the $150 🙄) - I would have fought harder but it was a vacation away from the stressful job, kids, life I live lol - I just hate we didn’t get the UPGRADE we paid for and the top notch experience we should have received. We had fun, loved location, bar downstairs was great and all the employees I came across were nice - seems to be an upper management issue/short staff. SPA IS AMAZING 🤩

I had a very nice experience here. There are some fussy things, and the lighting in my room didn't all work perfectly, but it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchenette are nice additions to a stay, and the spa and pool were top-notch with excellent service. Aria's restaurant choices are excellent and easy to access from the Vdara. Keeping some light food options in your room as well as wine or liquor is a good choice to save on expenses, as in hotel options are limited and expensive with mostly self-serve options. I kinda want a $40 breakfast to be served to me, not purchased in a food court.
