I recently stayed at Vdara in Las Vegas for a work trip. The hotel was clean and quiet, a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the strip. However, there were two major issues that prevented me from giving a perfect rating. Firstly, the fitness center closed at 5pm, which I found to be inconvenient and unexpected for a modern hotel. Additionally, there was water maintenance during my stay which made the water unusable for a few hours during the day. Overall, despite these setbacks, my stay at Vdara was mostly pleasant.
The only positive aspect of Rikki Tiki Sushi in Las Vegas is its convenient location for Westgate Resort guests. The sushi mainly consisted of rice and the menu was surprisingly limited given the high prices. The servers were pushy and tried to dictate what you should order. Additionally, they were very stingy with portion sizes, only allowing customers to order one ice cream. The all you can eat buffet fell short of expectations and was not as advertised. It is advisable to steer clear of this restaurant unless you have no other options available.
I dined at Best Friend Restaurant in Las Vegas recently and was happy to find that it was just as good as I remembered from my last visit. I made a reservation this time and enjoyed the great atmosphere while dining in. The food at Best Friend is truly excellent. No matter what you choose from the menu, you won't be disappointed. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the decor adds to the overall fun ambiance of the restaurant. I highly recommend trying the Korean Chicken Wings appetizer. They are definitely worth it and some of the best fried wings I've ever had. Overall, a great dining experience at Best Friend Restaurant.
It's a bit pricey at minus5 Ice Experience. Extra charges for cute fluffy coats and pictures, which we never received despite being promised. Nevertheless, it's a fun place to check out at least once. The drink menu is enjoyable and the ice carvings are impressive. The lighting and decor create a cool vibe. The staff was a bit hit or miss in terms of friendliness. On the way out, there's a charming small bar area with live music and a burlesque show.
