The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is an architectural masterpiece, constructed with the idea that art could be more than just traditional photos and paintings. Every aspect of this incredible resort is something to behold. From the exterior beauty to the three-story glass chandelier, The Cosmopolitan is unlike any other resort in the world.

Rooms at The Cosmopolitan start at $170 per night. This is higher than the average Las Vegas resort, but we can almost guarantee you will not be disappointed with your decision. If The Cosmopolitan is your hotel of choice, we recommend paying slightly more for a Terrace Studio Room. These rooms offer 620 square feet plus a 110 square foot private terrace offering fantastic views of the Las Vegas strip. The Terrace Studio also includes an oversized bathroom with marble floors, a lounge area, a work desk, and a small kitchen complete with a microwave.

An Unforgettable Stay – Thanks to Carlos! We visited Vegas for a special occasion and were initially staying at another hotel. However, we were having such a great time that we decided to extend our trip. We stumbled upon an online deal for The Cosmopolitan and booked a night—what a fantastic decision! The moment we checked in, we were blown away by the energy, ambiance, and luxury of the hotel, all of which exceeded our expectations. But the true highlight was Carlos at the front desk. He was remarkable—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. Carlos gave us fantastic recommendations for activities both on and off the Strip, and his personable nature made us feel like we had known him for years. Carlos convinced us to upgrade to a suite, and we were NOT disappointed. The room was stunning, offering breathtaking views and top-tier amenities. We loved our suite so much that we went back downstairs just to chat with Carlos again—and ended up extending our stay for another night! In a generous gesture, Carlos even waived our $50 early check-in fee, which was incredibly thoughtful. If you're visiting Vegas, I highly recommend staying at The Cosmopolitan. And if you have the chance, connect with Carlos at the front desk—his customer service is superb, truly enhancing the guest experience. We can't wait to return!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Cosmopolitan. The dining options for breakfast and lunch were superb, offering a wide range of choices to satisfy any craving. The highlight was definitely the rooms, which are arguably the best in Vegas. They were spotless, contemporary, and extremely comfortable, providing a perfect environment to unwind and enjoy the visit. The casino had a lively atmosphere with welcoming guests that enhanced the overall experience. In summary, this is a fantastic place to stay. I will certainly be returning!

First and likely last visit to The Cosmopolitan. While the room was booked at an incredible rate, being located next to the elevator meant noise was a constant issue, disrupting sleep even from a few rooms away. The room felt dated and could use some updating. The toilet door handle was loose, and the shower didn't drain properly. Housekeeping was absent for three days, and when they were finally requested, they only dropped off towels without cleaning the room. The location is fantastic, and the balcony is a nice touch, though perhaps not as practical in the sweltering summer heat. Considering the standard rate of around £300 per night, there are better options available in the area.

I would not recommend staying at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. What used to be a luxurious destination now feels run down and overpriced. My recent stay, in two junior suites over a long weekend, was far from satisfactory. One suite had numerous issues: an uncontrollable hot water supply in the shower, a non-functioning cold-water tap in one sink, an inefficient AC system (despite setting the thermostat to 62, the temperature never dropped below the mid-70s), and neither room phone worked. I contacted Guest Services using my cell phone at 9:00 a.m. the next morning and reported these problems, leading to a visit from an Engineering staff member whose response was dismissive, expressing how substantial the work seemed to him. With no resolution in sight, I requested a room change and was promised a new room would be "express cleaned" and I'd get a call once it was ready. Despite making follow-up calls at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 4 p.m. — each time hearing the room was cleaned but pending inspection — I only received my new room upon returning from dinner and a show at Caesars at 1:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the second room also had problems. The shower's water temperature remained scalding, regardless of adjustment, one sink dispensed only hot water, and the fan and light in the water closet were barely operational. While most Guest Services agents were polite and friendly, my last interaction with an agent regarding missing food and beverage credits was marked by a rude and condescending tone. Based on this experience, I have decided not to stay at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas again.

I stayed in a spacious, nearly 1000 sq ft suite with a balcony at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. The room was very comfortable and pleasant. If possible, I highly recommend upgrading to a balcony overlooking the fountains. The hotel offers plenty of activities, and my favorite was visiting the overlook bar by one of the four pools to enjoy a protein smoothie. Afterward, I would head to the Foosball table for a few games and some drinks before heading out again. The experience was consistently delightful!

Avoid this place! Our experience at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas was dreadful. We were locked inside our room—yes, the door wouldn’t open—and missed our reservation as a result. The management’s response was incredibly lax; despite calling twice for the manager, no one showed any concern. It seems accountability is not a priority here. Special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries are ignored; you’re just viewed as a walking dollar sign. While this might be typical for Vegas, The Cosmopolitan takes it to a whole new level. Even though we paid for an upgraded room, many fixtures were faulty. The bathroom door was visibly damaged and quite unsightly. Basic amenities were missing; we had to call for things like hangers and a hairdryer. The provided robe was worn and tattered, yet they seemed indifferent to it. Whether it’s due to being understaffed or just plain disinterest, the service was far from what you’d expect for the price. The only redeeming quality of this place is its great restaurants.
