My wife and I just spent 4 days at Planet Hollywood. Very first day they upgraded our room with a awesome view. Room was very clean and enough room for the both of us. Mini fridge inside the room. I’ve heard not many places do this anymore. So much to do inside the casino. All the food options we had were very good. Centrally located to walk the strip and sight see. Highly recommend PH!

3 star is generous. The good....Hotel area was nice. Pool area is great. Rooms are spacious. Location is great and having the shops connected was a big plus.
The bad....seemed like every place we went we smelled pot. Casino is average and the service was sparse. We were there 5 nights and our room got cleaned twice. When we didn't get service we called the front desk and kept being put on hold. After 10-20 mins you get some disgruntled desk attendant that just said "we will send up towels". Seemed like only 2-3 elevators were ever running so you spend a lot of time waiting or getting close with your fellow travelers. Price was cheap but this was really a "you get what you pay for" hotel. We will not be booking another stay there.

I think 4 stars best represents our experience. Overall we enjoyed staying here but not quite 5 stars. The check in / check out experience (Thursday-Sunday) was kind of a nightmare with so many guests at the kiosks and 2 workers. Would have been much better with more workers. Miracle Miles shops access was awesome. Food options close by were probably best on the strip! Earl of sandwich, pin up pizza, and Gordon Ramsey Burger were all amazing.

I haven't stayed at Planet Hollywood but it's one of my favorite casinos to gamble in. It has a little bit a nightclub feel with dim lighting and a lot of flashy machines. They also play great music and have the most attentive servers in Vegas.

The casino at Planet Hollywood has a fun upbeat vibe, but it seems to draw a slightly rougher crowd than a lot of other hotels on the strip. I hung out here for about 45 minutes and saw nearly 2 fights break out. For a similar price, I would recommend Park MGM, New York New York, or Paris.
