Planet Hollywood

Unfortunately, some of the shows my family wanted to see were located at Planet Hollywood. We had a terrible experience with the customer service while we were there. 1. Security stopped us as we were leaving and demanded to see our show tickets, even though we had already gone through the ticket check in. The same security officer also sent us on a wild goose chase for the restrooms when they were right by the ticket check in. 2. When I was with my young son and needed a reprint of my player's card, a cashier made my son wait away from the cage without offering any help or assistance. 3. Another time, when I needed a player's card, I was lectured for using my military ID instead of another form of identification. If it wasn't for the big name performers at Planet Hollywood, we would never go back there. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing.

Our experience at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas was a bit disappointing. We encountered a long wait at check-in, which was just the beginning of our issues. The receptionist was chewing gum rudely while speaking to us, which did not make a good first impression. Despite making a reservation two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, we were told upon arrival that our reservation had been canceled. To stay at the hotel, we had to re-book at a higher price, and even then, we were not given much information about our room or stay. The noise from the building woke us up early in the morning, and we noticed some unexplained marks on our skin. The location of the hotel was convenient, but the service and customer attitude left much to be desired. We will be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to Las Vegas.

Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas offers some of the most affordable casino tables I've come across during my trip. The poker tables have a minimum bet of just $10, making it much more enticing to play. The lower cost entry allows for a more enjoyable learning experience without the fear of losing big after just one round. I will definitely be returning to these tables on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Great location right in the heart of the Las Vegas strip. My room had a view of the Bellagio, which was perfect for watching the fountain show without having to brave the cold winter weather. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. The fitness center could use some improvement, but overall I've seen worse at other hotels. The convenience of this location is definitely a reason I would stay here again. It's easy to access multiple attractions from this hotel.

Room size was good. Bathtub was huge. We had a good view of the Sphere from our room. But parking wise you will need to park at the mall and walk a distance and pay a daily parking rate. Very convenient location as you do have the mall directly below you so its easy to buy water and shop till you drop. One of the most reasonably priced hotel there.

Great hotel experience. Casino is pretty good. The drink service was slower than normal, but it was busy. The Miracle Mile shops were a blast. Love the setup from parking to the mall to the casino. Great food options! Can wait to return.
