Unfortunately, some of the shows my family wanted to see were located at Planet Hollywood. We had a terrible experience with the customer service while we were there. 1. Security stopped us as we were leaving and demanded to see our show tickets, even though we had already gone through the ticket check in. The same security officer also sent us on a wild goose chase for the restrooms when they were right by the ticket check in. 2. When I was with my young son and needed a reprint of my player's card, a cashier made my son wait away from the cage without offering any help or assistance. 3. Another time, when I needed a player's card, I was lectured for using my military ID instead of another form of identification. If it wasn't for the big name performers at Planet Hollywood, we would never go back there. The lack of customer service was extremely disappointing.
A group of us were brought to Hogs & Heifers Saloon to celebrate a milestone achievement. The artichoke soup was absolutely delicious. We were impressed by the use of fresh ingredients and how everything was cooked to perfection.
While the bar itself was enjoyable, I was disappointed with the entertainment at Kixx Bar. I had heard that a performer from The Voice would be singing, but ended up listening to a guy named Christian who took a long break and seemed more interested in chatting with the security guard. It was a letdown for my birthday celebration. I hope they can improve the entertainment in the future. 1/10 rating. 🐾🐾
I had such a fantastic time at SkyJump in Las Vegas! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating when my original jump time was cancelled. They were able to reschedule me for the next day without any issues. When I arrived, I was a little nervous, but the staff made me feel at ease by chatting with me and creating a comfortable atmosphere. The jump itself was truly amazing. The view on the way down was breathtaking, and the experience felt more like a controlled descent rather than a free fall bungee jump. It's definitely a must-do activity for all adrenaline junkies out there.
Lovely atmosphere. The service was excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed with the prime rib I ordered. The edges were dry and the center was too raw for my liking. The side of potatoes and asparagus lacked seasoning and the potatoes were slightly undercooked. On a positive note, the wedge salad was fresh and delicious. Overall, I would suggest trying this restaurant, but I personally would not order the prime rib again.
The atmosphere at Hash House A Go Go at the Plaza is definitely family-oriented. My dining companion had the fried chicken and eggs, while I opted for the fried steak and eggs. The fried steak was a bit too heavy for my liking, and the portions were quite large. However, I did enjoy the exceptionally soft biscuit that came with the meal. Unfortunately, I didn't care for the hash browns due to the texture. Overall, if you're looking for affordable food while hungover, this place is worth considering.
