What I Liked Most
What I Disliked
Our trip to Planet Hollywood in Vegas was great overall, but we were disappointed with the Cabana rental at The Scene Pool Deck. For $500, we expected more than just a covered area. It took a while for a waitress to come to our side of the pool, and when she did, she mentioned needing to eat due to medications. Having to walk to the bar for service was inconvenient when we were paying for a cabana with no perks. On top of that, the adult pool was closed, so we had to settle for a cabana at the general pool instead. Overall, the expensive cabana rental didn't offer much value for the money.

The Scene Pool Deck at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas was quite disappointing. The pool area was small and one of the pools was even closed, making the other area overcrowded. The gambling tables and flowrider were not operational, adding to the lackluster experience. On top of that, the pool deck seemed run down and they charged for beach chairs, which seemed absurd compared to other resort pools in the area. Overall, this "resort" fell short of expectations.

I was really disappointed with The Scene Pool Deck at Planet Hollywood. The pool is small and lacks enough chairs, especially since most of them are only available for rent. The views of Paris are the only highlight, but overall, the pool area is unimpressive. The large concrete seating area is unappealing and lacks any excitement. I definitely would not recommend this pool deck to others.

The Scene Pool Deck at Planet Hollywood is a disappointment for anyone looking for a true resort pool experience. With one of the pools closed and both being on the smaller side, the area can quickly feel overcrowded. Additionally, the gambling tables and the flowrider were not even functioning during my visit. The overall condition of the pool deck is run down, and the fact that they charge for beach chairs is off-putting. In comparison, other true resort pools like Bellagio do not charge for chairs. Overall, the Scene Pool Deck at Planet Hollywood falls short of expectations for a resort pool.

Our trip to Planet Hollywood and Vegas was great overall, except for the Cabana rental at The Scene Pool Deck. We paid $500 for the day and expected more than just a covered area. We had to wait three hours for a waitress to finally come to our side of the pool, and even then, she made excuses about needing to eat due to medications. It was frustrating to have to walk to the bar ourselves when we were paying for a cabana with no perks included. Additionally, we were disappointed to find out that the adults-only pool was closed, meaning we had to choose a cabana at the general pool instead. Ultimately, renting a cabana here is expensive and offers little value for the money.

What I Disliked
This pool deck at Planet Hollywood is without a doubt one of the most disappointing spots on the strip. The lack of available chairs and the requirement to rent them is already a major drawback. The pools themselves are unimpressive and lack any excitement, although there is a decent view of the Paris hotel. The large concrete sunbathing area doesn't add much to the overall appeal, coming across as uninviting and dull. Overall, it's hard to find any reason to recommend spending time at this pool deck.
