The Resort Pool at Virgin Hotels

The Resort Pool at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas offers a clean room with a nice atmosphere, great ambiance, and beautiful decorations. Guests can enjoy live music in the evenings and dine at some excellent restaurants on the property. The daily maid service keeps the rooms in top condition, and parking is convenient. However, the service desk at check-in and check-out was less than pleasant. When trying to make a minor change using credit card rewards points through a third party, the staff were not accommodating. The promised Express checkout with an email notification never materialized, leading to a long wait in line at check-out. Despite multiple people cutting in line, the staff did not address the issue. The attitude of the staff member at the check-out counter left a lot to be desired, with no compassion for the situation. Overall, the line situation and lack of clear information on self-checkout were disappointing aspects of the stay.

The rooms at The Resort Pool at Virgin Hotels are well lit, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the strip and also near a tram stop for easy transportation. There are plenty of dining options available either on-site or nearby. The atmosphere at the hotel attracts a younger crowd and they also offer pet-friendly rooms.

This was my second stay at The Resort Pool at Virgin Hotels and once again, it did not disappoint! The check-in process was efficient, the rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. There are plenty of dining options on-site and the staff indoors were friendly and helpful. The valet service is complimentary, although some of the staff gave off a slightly uncomfortable vibe. They do ask for donations when retrieving and returning your vehicle, which could add up quickly. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor hiccups.
