Located in the heart of the Las Vegas strip, Flamingo offers pleasantly surprising rooms and amenities at a price everyone can afford.
The Las Vegas strip has transformed drastically since the Flamingo first opened in 1946 and only a few glimpses of “classic” Las Vegas can be still found. The Flamingo has seen dozens of resorts come and go through the years but thrives today by giving visitors the opportunity to experience the excitement and hospitality that so many casinos have slowly forgotten. Truly beautiful rooms and suites, a world-class pool, and an electric casino floor can all be had when staying at Flamingo Las Vegas.

The casino at Flamingo Las Vegas is full of recreational gamblers who just want to have a good time. Penny slots and low limit table games are plentiful and complemented by a very helpful and friendly staff. Bright colors and neon lights ignite the setting and create an aura that screams "Just Have Fun!" The Flamingo also offers a small poker room, a sports book and a keno lounge. This is one of the few casinos in Las Vegas where hours of gaming doesn't have to cost thousands of dollars.

The Flamingo in Las Vegas offers a convenient central location, but be prepared for a no-frills experience, especially if you book through a third party. We arrived on a Sunday, paid extra for early check-in, and decided to take their "upgrade" offer, which wasn't an issue. We also signed up for daily housekeeping. By Tuesday night, though, our room still hadn't been serviced. When we asked a staff member in the hallway for fresh towels, we were met with attitude and advised to place a formal request for housekeeping. Despite a "rush" order, it took another five hours and still no response. After raising our concerns at the front desk, we were told that they couldn't help further due to our booking through a third party. This level of service pales in comparison to what we've experienced at MGM properties, a sentiment even shared by the manager, who admitted their service lagged behind. This will be our last stay at a Caesar's property, as not even basic amenities like clean towels were provided. Additionally, accessing the pool required being there by 9:00 a.m., and we were not informed in advance about the closure of one of the pools. While the central location is a plus, it doesn’t compensate for the disappointing experience we had.

The room met all expectations, just as outlined online. It was spotless and recently renovated. The view from the room was impressive, the air conditioning functioned well, and the automatic blinds were a nice touch. The hotel is centrally located on the Strip and conveniently offers a monorail stop at the rear. The casino is appealing, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options available. The flamingo habitat is a fantastic attraction worth visiting. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Overall, a truly enjoyable experience with a classic Vegas vibe. The rooms matched the expected quality for this price range—clean and functional, but not luxurious. We were fortunate to have a lovely view of the habitat area from a higher floor. The convenient access to the promenade and the Strip was excellent. One suggestion would be to offer a more inclusive menu in the food court, as some guests with dietary restrictions had difficulty finding suitable options. The habitat area was beautiful, and the local pelican seemed to enjoy posing for photos.

I had an incredible stay at Flamingo Las Vegas and would highly recommend it! Opting for an upgraded room was a fantastic decision—the stylish design, modern touches, and breathtaking Strip view enhanced the entire experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything needed to unwind after a busy day. The amenities at Flamingo truly impressed. A standout moment was dining at Gordon Ramsay Burger, which surpassed expectations. The wildlife habitat, featuring real flamingos and exotic birds, offered a unique and serene escape. The casino and dining options were excellent, providing a great mix of casual and upscale experiences. Whether visiting for entertainment or seeking a stylish, comfortable retreat in the heart of Las Vegas, the Flamingo is highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing stay! The only hiccup was having to wait until nearly 4:30 to check in, which felt a bit late given the price. The view from the GO floor is truly breathtaking and was definitely the best upgrade decision. It's convenient that they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the restroom, which means one less thing to pack. The location is incredibly accessible to nearby attractions. While the hotel has an older charm, it's still a fantastic place overall. The text message service for assistance was incredibly helpful, and Ivy was really great. Definitely planning to return!

During a recent stay at the Flamingo Hotel over Christmas, I encountered exceptional service from a standout staff member, the Assistant Hotel Operations Manager. Despite some unfortunate interactions with other staff members, including a manager and a supervisor, this particular manager distinguished herself through her professionalism and dedication. She addressed my concerns over the phone with a genuine commitment to resolving the issues, which reflected the care and standards expected from the Flamingo Hotel. Her problem-solving skills and personalized approach made us feel valued as guests, a stark contrast to the indifferent treatment we received from other front desk staff. This manager's efforts are a testament to the valuable asset she is to the hotel team, and I sincerely hope her superiors recognize her contributions. Additionally, it’s worth mentioning that she provided me with her manager’s contact details, allowing me to express my gratitude directly. The Manager should be proud to have such a dedicated team member, as she truly embodies the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
