I appreciated the convenience of being able to check in and out digitally at Flamingo in Las Vegas. The staff at the casino were the friendliest and most personable compared to all the other casinos we visited during our first trip to Vegas. The bed was comfortable, the linens and towels were clean, and the rooms were quiet despite some outside noise. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of hot water for 2 out of the 3 days of our stay, and the response from staff was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. The room showed signs of wear and tear, with broken soap dispensers and faucet handles. Despite these issues, the location was excellent and I enjoyed the convenience of being connected to The Promenade. The Burlesque show was a highlight of our stay, and the Mexican restaurant on site was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, our experience had its ups and downs, but we still managed to have a good time.
Outstanding experience! This was definitely the highlight of our Vegas trip. Our pilot, Brandon, was excellent and although there wasn't much conversation during the flight, we were all mesmerized by the incredible views. Securing the front seats was a huge plus, highly recommend it. The view was breathtaking and the helicopter ride was a memorable way to experience our first tour. From the seamless pickup at Excalibur to the end of our tour, everything was flawless.
I had a pleasant surprise dining at Casa Calavera in Las Vegas. The margaritas were delicious and the food was great. I have a tomato allergy which can be challenging when eating Mexican food, but my waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu items. He even noticed when a tomato-based sauce was put on our guacamole and had it remade right away. We will definitely be back to dine here again.
Our stay at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas was fantastic! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, from the bellmen and valet attendants to the slot hosts and security team. The waitresses in the casino were prompt and provided great service. During our 3-night stay, we fell in love with our room. It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff promptly provided us with fresh towels and sheets when needed, even when we accidentally spilled soda on the bed. The only downside was that the mini fridge was stocked as a mini bar, so we couldn't store our own beverages. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, including the casino, restaurants, and grounds, was modern, bright, and clean. Everything seemed to have been recently updated. The location off the strip was convenient for parking and transportation, but still close enough for a short ride to the action. I would highly recommend Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!
