Visit WebsiteVisit Bugsy & Meyer's at Flamingo and it's easy to think you have taken a step back in time to the glory days of Las Vegas. Choose your dining venue, from the bustling main dining room, to smaller private rooms, or even patio seating. The steaks are lovely, beautifully aged (dry or wet, your choice), cooked and presented. But, the menu doesn’t stop at beef. You can find pork, chicken, lamb, and an extensive selection of seafood. They even offer a seafood tower appetizer comprising lobster, Alaskan king crab legs. This is vintage Las Vegas at its best. It would be an actual crime to miss a night at Bugsy and Meyer’s Steakhouse!

We've dined at numerous steakhouses in Vegas, and Bugsy and Meyer's Steakhouse is a standout! Located inside the Flamingo, we made sure to secure a reservation. The ambiance exudes class, and the service was impeccable. Almost every dish we tried was a perfect 10/10, except for the tomahawk steak. Although it had some gristle and lacked a bit of flavor, it was still enjoyable. The ribeye, however, was phenomenal. It was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The creamed potatoes with truffle butter were heavenly, and the Brussels sprouts had a delightful sweetness to them. The Caesar salad was crisp, cool, and expertly dressed. You won't regret the expense here. Our tab came to $500 for four meals, an appetizer of bread, three sides, a side salad, and three cocktails. Absolutely worth it. Looking forward to another visit!

I'd rate Bugsy and Meyer's Steakhouse a four, acknowledging that it may appeal more to those who enjoy fine dining. The steak appeared somewhat solitary on the plate. While it had a pleasant flavor, it was slightly tougher than anticipated for a filet. The pureed potatoes were tasty and generously portioned, and the bread was enjoyable as well—these are hard to go wrong with. During the visit, the neighboring table was feeding their small dogs, a scene reminiscent of more casual settings. Next time, I'll likely consider other options for a $300 dining experience.

We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of menu options at Bugsy and Meyer’s Steakhouse in Las Vegas. The presentation of the premium seafood tower was stunning. The staff were both friendly and highly professional. One of us opted for the three-course menu featuring a perfectly cooked filet mignon, while the other enjoyed the Chilean sea bass. The Caesar salad was, without a doubt, the most delicious salad we've ever had. We left completely satisfied with our choices and found the meal absolutely delicious!

We dined at Bugsy and Meyer's Steakhouse for a business dinner and were seated in a private room towards the back. The restaurant exudes a distinguished, upscale vibe, accentuated by low lighting and rich wood décor. The surf & turf was exceptional. Our server was incredibly friendly and provided excellent recommendations. The steakhouse is situated inside the Flamingo, conveniently located near the flamingo exhibit. (Note: If you encounter the locked Bugsy & Meyer’s doors, proceed left about 100 feet to find the main entrance.)

Looking for a nice steakhouse to dine at during our last night in Vegas, we came across Bugsy and Meyer's and decided to give it a try. We were pleased with our choice. We were pleasantly surprised to see they had a surf and turf special. Our server was exceptional, providing great service and making sure all our questions were answered. She recommended trying one of their Old Fashioned cocktails that was mesquite smoked, and it was a unique and delicious experience. We tried both the smoked and regular versions and enjoyed them both. The steak was cooked perfectly, and we appreciated the bread board with a variety of butters as a nice starter. The Caesar salad was flavorful and the crispy bread served with it was a nice touch.
