I definitely recommend taking the time to visit. For a more peaceful experience, try to go during the week in the morning to beat the crowds.

The Flamingo Wildlife Habitat in Las Vegas is a small but pleasant place to visit. Entrance is free, so you can't really go wrong there. While there aren't a ton of flamingos to see, there are plenty of other animals such as ducks, birds, and fish to enjoy. Visiting on a less crowded day allowed us to take plenty of pictures without feeling rushed.
