Visited Aria in Las Vegas for a show at T-mobile arena and found the location to be perfect. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily servicing before 11 am. The spa experience was enjoyable, with great service from locker room attendant, Steven. However, there was a price increase for the day pass and limited availability. The fitness center was impressive and complimentary. The food court offered high quality options but with no budget-friendly choices, as meals cost $20+.

The beauty of Aria is undeniable. However, the standard rooms could use some updating. The guest bathrooms in the casino and the casino carpet could both benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The spa and lineup of restaurants were a highlight of the stay. While the presence of a "food hall" was disappointing, the buffet was excellent. Jean George steakhouse remains a favorite dining option at Aria.

The Aria hotel in Las Vegas is absolutely stunning and massive. The parking lot is incredibly secure, albeit a bit of a distance from the main entrance. However, since we prefer walking around, this wasn't too much of an issue for us. Inside the hotel, there is a casino, restaurants, spa, pool, and an array of shops. Everything is impeccably clean and carries a pleasant fragrance throughout. Despite the high volume of guests, the elevators are quick and efficient, with at least 3 available for each group of floors. The staff members are extremely attentive and accommodating. Our room was spacious and came fully equipped, providing a very comfortable stay. The view from our room overlooked a collection of buildings, with mountains and desert in the distance, creating a truly beautiful backdrop. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it for a few more days.

This is a great place to spend time. It smells so good, like vanilla oil, doesn’t reek of smoke. The ceilings are high and the filtration is fantastic. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The drinks are delicious when you find a drink person at a machine. The drink people weren’t coming around very often. The casino is so clean and they are always wiping down machines, chairs, and even cleaning ash trays instead of just dumping them. Super clean restrooms with very friendly attendants. The Patisserie is amazing for breakfast or a yummy treat. I reviewed it separately. They had a Starbucks and the food court looked interesting. I might stay here next time instead of Paris.

The aria is a nice place to stay with a good location on the strip. Pay the extra money for the stay well rooms, the better mattress is worth it. I wouldn't even bother with the Proper eats food hall as most the restaurants close when they feel like it or simply refuse to take your order and have terrible customer service. We found it to be ridiculous that we couldn't get anything to eat at 7:00 pm when most the restaurants say they are open til 10:00 or 11:00 on arias website. We ended up going to Posh Burger on the Casino floor and they served us some great burgers and had great customer service. We also tried some of the higher end restaurants on the property and thought they were underwhelming for the price.

I had hoped to enjoy my stay at this hotel, given its initial impression of being upscale and beautiful. The cleaning staff in the rooms were indeed helpful and friendly. However, my experience at this hotel felt more like being in a party casino rather than a suitable accommodation for a family trip. I would not recommend it for those planning to visit with their families. Every year, my family and I return to Las Vegas for the winter holidays, and our previous experiences, particularly at the Mandalay, were always incredible. This time, we decided to try something different and more centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip, so we booked an 11-day stay at the Aria. Regrettably, our first two nights were marred by the disruptive behaviour of our neighbours, who were excessively loud and belligerent. Despite multiple calls to security, the issue persisted. As a last resort, we requested a room change, but the problem persisted with new neighbours who were also loud and intoxicated, prompting two more calls to security. Having traveled extensively to enjoy our holidays in Vegas, it was disheartening that 40% of our time here was disrupted by noisy guests. Although the resort compensated us for fours days or resort fees and $175 for food and beverages in acknowledgment of the inconvenience, it doesn't change the fact that we paid a significant amount for a hotel room where we could not sleep. To exacerbate our frustration, our ultimate hotel room proved to be in a state of disrepair. There was DRIED VOMIT on the box spring, a hole in the wall, and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. In conclusion, my partner and I have decided not to return to the Aria. I would strongly recommend the Mandalay, where customer service and the comfort of families seem to be more of a priority.
