I had an extremely disappointing stay at Aria in Las Vegas. Issues began at check-out when I discovered that no invoice was sent, despite having booked through Visa Infinite Luxury Hotel Collections. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a hotel of such high standing. Despite reaching out to guest services via email and attempting to speak with hotel staff, there has been no response whatsoever. During check-out on Sunday, technical difficulties left the system down, preventing any discussion with representatives about an unexpected $300 overcharge. It's been three days with still no acknowledgment or resolution from the staff regarding my emails or the missing billing statement. Guests deserve accurate billing details and prompt issue resolution, especially at a 5-star hotel. It's frustrating that, even after repeated attempts to resolve the issue within a 72-hour window, the incorrect charge remains and no invoice has been provided. I intend to dispute this matter with my bank and will file formal complaints until my billing concerns are adequately addressed. Further drawbacks include: - Staff appear unaware of the rewards and bonuses linked to accounts. Be cautious if you have credit card-related incentives, as Aria does not seem to recognize them.

Visited during Super Bowl weekend and found the rooms to be quite nice and clean. The location is ideal, right in the heart of everything. It's great that it connects to other casinos like Park MGM, which offers a smoke-free environment. Checking in via the app was a breeze.

During our stay at Aria in Las Vegas, we had the opportunity to interact with Clayton, whose positive attitude and exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our experience. From his warm greeting, it was evident that he genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. Clayton's attention to detail and charismatic demeanor completely transformed our initial impressions. At first, we felt the service fell short of the hotel's 5-star standard. However, Clayton's remarkable interpersonal skills turned our experience around. His dedication to excellent service is truly commendable. With a background in hospitality, we can easily recognize exceptional talent, and Clayton embodies outstanding leadership and service. Aria is lucky to have him on their team, as he undoubtedly raises the bar for hospitality. Keep up the incredible work, Clayton. In an era where exceptional service is rare, you’ve shown it’s very much alive!

The Aria in Las Vegas is a stunning hotel! Visited for a work event, which also allowed me to experience the meeting facilities. For those seeking Starbucks in the morning, here's a helpful tip: most people head to the main one near the elevators, but if you walk a minute or two towards the meeting rooms, you'll find a location with hardly any line. The rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring high-tech amenities to manage everything, which was very impressive. The restaurants at the Aria are exceptional. While you can attempt to get into Javier's on your own, I'd suggest trying Lip Smacking Food Tours. They not only secure a spot at Javier's (where the food is amazing) but also take you to other fantastic eateries. It's definitely worth it. The gaming tables were a lot of fun, with lively staff and dealers. Although the drinks were a bit on the mild side, playing continuously makes it worthwhile. Overall, it's one of the top spots on the strip.

Looking forward to returning to one of our favorite spots on the Strip! Aria's lively atmosphere makes it the ideal place to ring in the New Year. Its modern design and prime location in the heart of Las Vegas are just what we're looking for. The excitement of entering the room, with curtains automatically parting to reveal breathtaking views through jet-out, floor-to-ceiling windows, is something we can't wait to experience again. While we've found that the beds could be more comfortable compared to some other places, we're eager to enjoy the amazing dining options both within the hotel and nearby. The expansive casino floor promises plenty of excitement, and overall, we're excited for what’s sure to be another fantastic stay!
