The experience at Catch in Las Vegas was truly outstanding, with the highlights being superb service and impressive food presentation. The only downside was the high noise level, which made it difficult to have a conversation without speaking loudly. On the upside, the dishes were delicious and incredibly fresh. It would be beneficial if the atmosphere were more conducive to casual conversation. Definitely worth the wait!

A visit to Catch in Las Vegas turned into a delightful dining experience, even without a reservation. Choosing to dine at the bar proved to be a wonderful decision. The bartender, Steve, provided excellent service and recommendations. The dinner, priced at $125 per person, was a valuable experience, although the salmon lacked flavor until enhanced with a little soy sauce. The overall atmosphere was fantastic, making the occasion memorable. Additionally, the amaretto sour was crafted to perfection. A special thanks to Steve for making the evening enjoyable!

Hey everyone, I'm back and have a fantastic experience to share! Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Catch in Las Vegas. I even hoped to see the chef outside just to express my gratitude. The ambiance was smooth and harmonizing, and the food was so delicious it felt tailor-made. The attention to detail in each dish was extraordinary. Every single bite—yes, every last spoonful—was blissful. They truly put their heart into the food! I can’t pick just one recommendation; I tried a bit of everything and left not a single crumb behind. If you have a little extra cash, this experience is absolutely worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly and quick; my plate was never left unattended, and my water glass was always full. So don’t just stroll—make a beeline to this restaurant if you’re ever in town. You won't regret it!

This place is stunning. The entrance walkway makes for an excellent photo opportunity; it feels magical. The server was extremely friendly, and the food was outstanding. There's really nothing more to add, except how delicious the dishes were! It's quite pricey, but definitely worth experiencing at least once!

Visited Catch in Las Vegas for brunch on a Sunday morning with the family. This spot had been on our restaurant bucket list for quite some time, and I must say, it did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful, and the entrance has a special, inviting feel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and our waiter and busser made for enjoyable, engaging conversation while providing excellent service. We started with the Catch Roll and the Crispy Shrimp. Despite not being a huge sushi enthusiast, I found the Catch Roll to be among the best I've ever tasted. The crispy shrimp were delicious with a great texture and a flavorful sauce. For the main course, I opted for the Pork Belly Benedict. It was good, although I found the sauce to be slightly sweet for my liking. The mushroom spaghetti was a hit, thoroughly enjoyed by my partner. Both kids ordered the Cheeseburger, and after trying it myself, I thought it was amazing—comparable to the Ramsay Truffle Burger at Ramsay Burger.

My experience at Catch for a special occasion dinner was overall quite delightful. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and our meals were served promptly. I was a bit let down that the staff didn't acknowledge the occasion, even though it was noted on the reservation. However, our server did make up for it by bringing out a complimentary birthday dessert.
