Visit SiteSynchronizing balance and beauty, The Spa & Salon at ARIA presents a personalized journey for guests into a peaceful haven where nature's healing properties take center stage. Salt, stone, earth, fire, and water join to create a spa experience that elevates guests to a meditative state for introspection and relaxation.
Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a tranquil stone and water garden adorned with sacred Japanese Aji stones, blessed in Japan to inspire calmness and tranquility. Natural light dances in harmony with the water garden and reflects onto the ceiling in a mesmerizing rhythm as soothing music and signature scents ease guests' tension.
The 80,000 square-foot spa complex features two levels of luxury including meditation and relaxation rooms, separate men's and women's spas with eucalyptus steam rooms and redwood saunas, a full-service salon, deluxe fitness room, and group exercise studio. A complete menu of skincare, massage, and hydrotherapy treatments from around the world can be enjoyed in its 62 individual treatment rooms, and three private spa suites accommodate couple's treatments, bachelorette parties, or small group events.
Resembling a Japanese open-air hot bath ("rotenburo"), guests can experience a sense of freedom while enjoying views of the hotel's main pool deck via Las Vegas' first co-ed balcony with an infinity-edge pool. A unique Shio Salt Room features a wall of illuminated salt bricks that encourage the healing of skin irritations and upper respiratory problems. A second relaxation room is the only one in the country to offer Japanese Ganbanyoku Stone Beds. During a Ganbanyoku treatment, guests relax upon beds of heated black mineral stone that emit negative ions and far-infrared rays. In addition to soothing muscles, the treatment helps improve blood circulation, increase metabolism and eliminate toxins from the body. A Fire Lounge serves as a place for relaxation prior to or following treatments.

What I Disliked
The Spa at ARIA in Las Vegas is a beautiful and well-maintained facility. However, there are a couple of drawbacks to be aware of. Firstly, if you opt for an "add-on" service during your massage, such as a collagen facial or scalp treatment, it does not necessarily add extra time to your massage. This can be disappointing for those expecting a longer treatment. Additionally, the spa is located near a day club, which can lead to a less-than-peaceful ambiance. The saunas may vibrate from the bass, DJ music can overpower the zen music in the bath section, and the infinity pool overlooks the day club. The atmosphere can feel more like a lively vacation spot than a tranquil spa. However, the staff is friendly and professional, and the salon provides a quiet escape from the club music. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful spa experience, it may be best to visit during quieter hours or opt for services in the salon instead.

The Spa at ARIA in Las Vegas is truly the top spa on the strip, no question about it. I recently experienced the signature massage with scalp massage and a collagen mask and it was a game-changer. The additional options are seamlessly incorporated into the main massage, so you won't need extra time. I highly suggest arriving at least an hour early for your appointment to make the most of the spa amenities such as the salt room, hot bed, hot tub, sauna, and luxurious bathroom. Unfortunately, the infinity pool was closed during my visit, but I will definitely be returning when it's back up and running.

The Spa at ARIA was a wonderful experience. I opted for the Athletes massage, which came to about $230 after a 20% tip. I visited on a Wednesday and was pleased to find it was not crowded. I had expected a larger facility based on reviews. The customer service was exceptional, with employees who truly seemed to care about my experience. While the co-ed section was a bit underwhelming, consisting of only a salt room, a noisy outdoor pool due to the nearby day club, and a Japanese bed, the male-only side had a sauna and steam room that I enjoyed. The cold plunge was a highlight for me. However, I found the hot tubs in the male-only section to be less hot than I had anticipated, with the outdoor heated pool being even hotter than the hot tubs.

The Spa at ARIA is a beautiful and well-maintained facility. However, there are a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. First, if you opt for an "add on" service during your massage, be aware that it may not actually add extra time to your treatment. For example, a collagen facial added to a massage resulted in just a face sheet being applied, rather than extended time for the service. Similarly, a scalp treatment used up massage time rather than adding additional minutes. Additionally, the spa's atmosphere may not be conducive to a peaceful and relaxing experience, especially during the afternoon hours. The presence of a day club downstairs can lead to vibrations from the bass, overwhelming DJ music in the bath section, and an infinity pool overlooking the day club. The music, often featuring explicit lyrics, can make it feel more like a spring break vacation than a spa retreat. Despite these issues, the staff at the spa are friendly and accommodating. For a quieter experience, one may consider visiting the salon, where the ambiance is much more serene. Overall, while the spa and salon services are lovely, it is advisable to schedule appointments during quieter times to avoid the distractions from the day club downstairs.
