Located right on the Las Vegas strip, MGM Grand offers nice rooms, though not quite up to the standards of Park MGM across the way. There are numerous food options throughout the facility, but many close early on Sundays. The pricing at the steak house is high, but military discounts are available. Reservations are required for most restaurants. Additional amenities at MGM Grand come at an extra cost, so be prepared to pay for them. The staff is helpful, but the check-in process can be a bit rocky, even with reservations made. It is worth noting that the property still allows smoking in certain areas, despite the trend towards smoke-free environments at other MGM properties. Overall, MGM Grand is a nice place to stay, but some aspects may not meet expectations. I may not choose to stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at the MGM Grand for four days and had a fantastic time. I was fortunate to receive a complimentary spa suite room with waived resort fees, as well as $75 in free play and $100 credit for food and beverages. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with all amenities, including the jacuzzi, in perfect working order. The staff at the hotel and casino were friendly and always available to assist. I also had luck with winning money during my visit, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, I had the pleasure of seeing the David Copperfield show, which was truly epic. It's worth noting that all hotel rooms at the MGM Grand are non-smoking, with sensors in place to enforce this policy. Smoking is allowed on the casino floor, but hefty fines apply if caught smoking in the rooms. While prices for various items at the hotel can be on the higher side, this is common throughout the Vegas strip. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the MGM Grand if you're planning a visit.

Our recent stay at MGM Grand in Las Vegas was in the Studio Tower, which was not the most convenient location for us. However, the self check-in process through the app was efficient, although it did not provide us with room availability options. We were able to switch rooms at the front desk to find something more suitable. It would be beneficial for the self check-in system to allow guests to choose their room within their paid price range. In terms of the room, we paid $176 in resort fees that we did not use and opted out of the $50 in-room fridge upgrade. While the room had limited storage space and we had to be cautious about items on the bar cart, it was clean and serviced daily. The bathroom was well-lit and adequate for getting ready. Overall, aside from a few minor issues, our stay at MGM Grand was satisfactory.

I spent my birthday here and it was such a wonderful experience! The hotel hallways smell amazing. The rooms are so comfortable. I love how all the workers in the hotel were so energetic and helpful. This was our first time in Vegas and we are very happy with our MGM Grand experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed here on our family holiday and wasn't disappointed!! Our room was lovely with a great view of the city, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious and met all our desires. The room was slightly crowded and not much spots for our luggage to go but that didn't bother us. The location was great as we had good access to the strip and could come back late to a clean room. Had a slight problem with taxis however not the hotels fault. The staff were helpful and answered our questions. We had dinner in the MGM and it was quite lovely and not to pricey either. Great spot for food close to our rooms when not alot of energy was left in our tanks. Pool was fantastic and we loved the lazy river. However was very crowded on a 47 degree day. The seats and day beds needed to be reserved and was a little expensive however a great hotel.

The lobby personnel was great, very welcoming and friendly. I would give them a 10. However, we went to have pizza in the MGM and the workers there were not friendly and they seemed like they did not like their job. The rooms have a beautiful view and had lots of room. However, the towels are very old and worn out, and found some hair in the bathtub so it’s not so clean. I don’t even know if they vacuum the carpet. The check out seemed complicated and they were not friendly at all and seemed irritated if you asked them how to check out. We ended up leaving the hotel and a few hours later they sent me an email thanking me for stay there. Overall Las Vegas experience was fun and lots of friendly people. The Hotel is in a good location and I would stay there again.
