The standard king suite sleeps four people, and the larger suites can accommodate more with a bit of added luxury to boot. Another pool has continuously undulating waves, while the lazy river makes one of the most relaxing destinations in all of Vegas. When it comes to lodging, Park MGM offers nearly 3,000 rooms, not including those on the top floor which incorporate the boutique NoMad Hotel. The casino is also on a grand scale, offering over 100,000 square feet of gaming fun, from every type of slot imaginable to fabulous table games. Beautiful hotel, and mostly nice staff. But there are several sketchy things they do, which we blindly accept. And believe it or not, they're one of the nicer hotels on the strip. From the start what soured me.. when we picked up our bags back from the bell check, I reached for my bag to get my cash (to tip her) and she (the bell hop) dropped my bag upside down on the ground from about 4 feet high, and walked away and kinda glanced back and smiled ..while her co-worker told another guy "then you got the non-tippers" and looked right at me as they both laughed. She obviously didn't know I was about to tip her, but instead was super rude. So that was the initial "welcome to our hotel" interaction. And for such a "nice" hotel, they do some cheap things to make an extra dollar. Example.. the toilet paper is single-ply sandpaper. Also the overpriced items in the mini bar are sensor activated, so if you just move them slightly you will get charged. What a messed up tactic to get a few extra dollars out of you. Also don't forget the "resort fee" (it's around $50/night). Also the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything next door, in the hallways, and everywhere. The rooms are also a bit old and dirty, with stains on the walls and floors, and an underlying subtle cigarette smoke (though not as bad as the other hotels). But dim the lights, take 30 steps back, have a few drinks, and you may not notice. Lastly, the rewards points don't really add up to much unless you gamble a LOT, or eat mostly at the hotel. We ate at the hotel like 5 times, and gambled a little bit.. and when I asked the rewards staff if we unlocked anything with our rewards points, and she laughed and said "oh you have to gamble a LOT more to get rewards comps" (yeah she really stressed the *a LOT*)

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Park MGM! The level of service was excellent - the staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, which is always important to me. The value for the price paid was truly exceptional, considering the high-quality experience I had. The location of the Park MGM couldn't be better - it's conveniently situated in a prime area, making it easy to explore the city. The sleep quality was excellent, and I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. The rooms were wonderful - spacious, well-designed, and comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of activities. Overall, I can't recommend the Park MGM enough. Every aspect of my stay, from the service to the rooms, exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a remarkable hotel experience, this is definitely the place to stay.

The rooms are very spacious, but the closet is small and have a built in dresser with only four draws. The maid service skip our one day even though we were gone most the day. Not big deal, just a little unusual.

I visited several casinos on the strip during my stay and Park MGM really stood out with its clean casino and smoke free atmosphere. It's so refreshing to see after walking through numerous casinos where smoking is allowed. They also have a really cool dining hall concept in the front of the property that offers a ton of food options. I will definitely be looking to stay here the next time I am in town.

Park MGM is my favorite place to stay! The room was super clean and the bed was cozy. We had a lovely view and it was conveniently close to all the attractions that we wanted to visit, which was especially beneficial since it was in January and pretty cold. The staff and the housekeeping were both wonderful and the mobile check-in and room key made everything much easier. I highly recommend this spot on the strip, and I plan to come back. A mini fridge in the room would have been nice, but other than that it had everything we needed.

We had 4 rooms at Park and loved everything about it. No one in our group smokes so it was really nice to have everything smoke free. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. They may not be the most modern rooms in Vegas, but they get the job done, especially for the price. The location near MGM Grand, Luxor, and New York New York is cool too.
