Park MGM is definitely one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. Its prime location near all the main attractions is a major plus. The casino, while smaller, never feels overcrowded which is a nice change of pace. There are plenty of food options available and even a Starbucks on-site. One of the highlights for me is that it's a non-smoking hotel, so it always smells fresh and clean. The rooms are immaculate and roomy, and we even lucked out with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience for all guests. Highly recommended!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff ensured all needs were met throughout the stay. The room was luxurious with breathtaking views of the Vegas skyline, featuring a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The hotel's amenities such as the pool area, fitness center, and dining options were all top-notch. The location was perfect for easy access to all of Vegas' attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I look forward to returning to Park MGM in the future!

First, I like the non-smoking aspect of this hotel/casino. The check in process was quick and easy. The room's generous size was surprisingly, offering ample space to unwind and move around comfortably, a rare find in many hotels. The super comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. The vibrant red couch injected a pop of color into the space, adding both character and a sense of warmth. They became focal points, inviting relaxation and a cozy ambiance. In summary, this hotel room goes beyond the basics, combining cleanliness, comfort, and nice decor like the vibrant furniture..not to mention the free toothbrushes! Downside was the elevators took forever to arrive. I feel like a few elevators were not operational. I don’t like it when hotels place snacks/drinks for charge where it is super easy to knock over and get charged.

MY PREVIOUS REVIEW was deleted! Checked in on the 29th and I had so much high hopes. But I was disgusted and disappointed. We walked in and I immediately noticed that the room was not vacuumed. Whether someone went in the room and decided they didn’t want to stay there, I don’t know. There was lint and those plastic things from clothing tags all over one of the beds and on the floor. I looked closely at the pillows, they were dirty! Hair and eyelash hairs on one of them!! Gag! Moving to the bathroom, toilet seat was clearly not wiped down, mirror had splashes still. I remembered seeing a housekeeper out in the hall. So I went out to go ask if her or someone else can come clean the room. She followed and told me she cleaned the room. I showed her the stuff on the bed. She said she changed them earlier but can’t again because there’s no more clean linen. I showed her the bathroom. She said she cleaned the bathroom and she grabbed a rag, wet it with water and wiped down the counter & faucet!!! The lack of care and proper sanitation demonstrated was appalling! We went to the lobby and requested a new room. Room number 2 was better but still lacking the cleanliness expected especially being on the strip and an MGM property. Sheets were dingy looking still. Bathroom had splashes on the mirror and the sink looked like it has never been scoured down in years! The hotel was an utter complete disappointment!! MGM needs to do better & take accountability! Not delete bad reviews!

What I Disliked

Just checked out today and I can honestly say I would never stay here again. Part of the problem is I was there for F1 and the rooms were $ inflated (like every hotel in Vegas). We spent over a grand a night and it definitely wasn't worth a grand. All that aside, even if I just judge the hotel and customer service without the insane price tag, it still fell short in many ways. I've never been in a hotel with no fridge. They charge $35 a night to rent a fridge. The room was tiny and too basic, and you can hear your neighbors in the next rooms coughing, talking, or pulling their blinds up. I specifically said, "no feather pillows" but there was a feather pillow. There was no laundry bag, and the TV had glitches the entire stay where we couldn't watch movies. We were compensated only the $45 resort fee and Natalia at the front desk was not sympathetic, displayed poor customer service and was not friendly at all. She looked at me blankly when I asked where the recycling was and stated that there was no recycling. On a positive note, the shower was clean and had instant hot water. And Primrose restaurant had the best vegan strawberry shortcake I have ever had in my life!

Yup, another year. Park MGM was the choice, and well, this was a bit of a miss. The room didn't have a dresser, so there wasn't real storage, just kind of odd, really. The casino was great as this is a smoke-free property, so you can go about your gaming without smelling like smoke. I highly recommend the tram from Park to Aria and Bellagio as it can get you there quickly and still get to the strip due to the pedestrian bridges. This location is in a prime spot, but the rooms lack little things that can make it even better. I'll upload pictures shortly as I'm already out an about while I post this.
