Though located on the strip, Elara is less of a Vegas hotel, and more of a vacation home away from home, a quiet place to rest and regroup.

We have stayed in a variety of hotels in Vegas each year, and unfortunately, Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations did not meet our expectations. There was initially some confusion with our room number, which was rectified after some back and forth. The room itself was decent with a comfortable bed, but the overall hotel felt outdated with amenities like a DVD box for movies. Additionally, the lack of room service was disappointing and the daily fees for valet and parking were quite high. One of our biggest issues was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We ended up in a joined room with noisy neighbors who played loud music and were disruptive late into the night. Despite multiple complaints to the front desk, the issue persisted throughout our stay. The lack of response from the staff was disappointing, although the valet service was friendly. There were limited food options in the hotel, and the poolside grill was only open during the summer. Overall, we did not have a positive experience and would not choose to stay at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations again. There are better and more affordable options available in Vegas.

I recently stayed at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas and it truly exceeded my expectations! The apartment-style room was spacious and comfortable, with a heavenly bed and a sleek, well-appointed bathroom. The separate living area was a great space to relax. The staff were welcoming and friendly, although their level of professionalism could have been better. The room was always immaculate, showing a clear commitment to cleanliness. One downside was the expensive parking fee, which I found to be higher than other hotels in the area. Overall, my stay at Elara was fantastic. The modern amenities, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff made for a wonderful experience. While there is room for improvement in staff professionalism and parking fees, I would still highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay in Las Vegas.

I experienced some issues with the washing machine/dryer combo during my stay at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas. Despite alerting the front desk on Tuesday and being assured that maintenance would come to fix it, nobody showed up by Friday. However, aside from this inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elara. The room was great and had a fantastic view, and the location was very convenient.

This is the second time in a row that our washing machine/dryer combo did not work. We had to pull our wet clothes out and hang them around our room to dry. We went to the front desk to let them know on Tuesday. We were told they would send maintenance up to fix. By Friday, no one showed up. Other than that, we love our stay at the Elara. Great room and great view! Convenient location.

Three stars. That is all this hotel is now. I've been an owner since Westgate and have been here many times. This resort has definitely going down hill. First of all, the new sofa was so hard it wasn't even comfortable to sit on. If you sat down hard you'll bruise your tail bone. They must be tired of all the complaints, because no one will answer the phone. Our smoke alarm kept going off and we called the front desk to report it but no one would answer the phone. We tried calling several times but finally had to resort to going down to the front desk and wait in line. The AC would not hold a constant temperature. The freezer door would not stay shut. The room was only surface cleaned. Inside cabinets I found a condom and dirt (picture). Bathroom exhaust vent obviously hasn't been cleaned in years (picture). Table legs where disgusting (picture). This was a room that I was told was just remolded three months prior. In conclusion my biggest complaint is comfort there was nothing comfortable about this room!

I feel compelled to share my horrendous encounter to save others from the same nightmare. Privacy Invasion Nightmare: ★☆☆☆☆ We were assigned a room with a full window facing the parking lot. Little did we know, it was like staying in a fishbowl for everyone outside to see. Attaching the photo from the parking lot to the room - upper stairs of the parking lot have a more direct view of the room. Attempting to change clothes became a public spectacle, thanks to the complete lack of privacy. When we complained, the staff were shockingly unresponsive. A man ogling into our room was the last straw, and the hotel's indifferent attitude towards our basic right to feel safe was absolutely appalling. Requests for a room change were met with bureaucratic runarounds, and we had to hound them relentlessly for any updates. Absolutely disgraceful! Pathetic Room Service Excuses: ★☆☆☆☆ The incompetence reached new heights with the abysmal room service. On day one, we were told our room was skipped because we allegedly asked for mid-week cleaning during check-in—an outright lie. Day two, the room was ignored again, with the excuse that we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign up at 11:47 AM. Utter nonsense! We were out by then, with a clear request for room cleaning. The lies and negligence were infuriating. I can confidently say I will NEVER set foot in this dump again. Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip not only failed to meet even basic standards of decency and professionalism but also demonstrated a blatant disregard for guest comfort and safety. Save yourself the trouble—look elsewhere for accommodations in Las Vegas. This place is an absolute disgrace.
