The Mirage in Las Vegas is a solid hotel option in the area. The staff member at the reception desk was very helpful in accommodating our room request with a view overlooking the street, which was appreciated. However, upon entering the room, we noticed there was hair in various places suggesting it may not have been cleaned thoroughly. The following morning, the cleaning staff did a much better job. The casino on site is quite large and offers a wide variety of games to choose from. Additionally, the restaurants inside serve delicious food.

The Mirage in Las Vegas is a fantastic hotel. It is clean and perfectly situated in a great location. I have visited Vegas multiple times and I have noticed that hotels can either be amazing or terrible, with no middle ground. Fortunately, The Mirage falls into the amazing category. It is located in a prime spot on the Vegas strip and offers excellent dining options and entertainment. The variety of gambling options is also impressive. The only downside I found was that the rooms are a bit far from the entrance, but that is my only negative aspect overall.

The room at The Mirage was simple but comfortable with a cozy bed and pillows. Unfortunately, we were next to a loud family with a baby, and the thin walls made it difficult to relax. However, the hotel cannot be blamed for this issue. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location on the strip. Overall, we felt we got a good deal for the price, as the room was clean and the service was satisfactory.

While I wish to leave a positive review, my stay unfortunately fell short of expectations in several areas. The behavior of the front desk representatives was quite surprising; their attitude did not align with the standard expected of service representatives. I hope these points can aid in your decision-making when selecting a hotel in Las Vegas. Parking Charges: Upon check-in, I was charged for parking despite the availability of an open and free parking lot. Regardless of explanations given, the receptionists seemed disengaged and persisted in charging for parking. Check-in Process: Despite having provided all necessary information during booking, the check-in process took over 20 minutes. The staff's actions were unclear, leaving guests waiting, and the self-check-in via phone did not function properly. Check-out Experience: During check-out, I was questioned about the items in the minibar. Simply opening the refrigerator to inspect a drink led to a warning that touching any minibar item, even without use, would result in a charge. This policy seemed unreasonable and rushed. Customer Service Response: When attempting to dispute the parking charge, the representative threatened to involve security if I persisted in arguing. Only upon requesting to speak with a manager did the representative relent and waive the parking fee. I sincerely hope these insights contribute to improvements in service and help future guests in their decision-making process.

The Mirage is a great hotel and I will be sad to see it go. It’s the perfect size compared to other hotels on the strip. It’s not huge that you will get lost in and easy to navigate. Also great location in relation to everything else on the strip. My only complaint would be that I wish they had more food options opened later than 11:30pm.

Our experience at this hotel was wonderful. The restaurants offer very delicious, plentiful and affordable food. Our only problem was that there were a lot of dead gnats on our window sill, and a few crawling on the ceiling. I also found the bed to be uncomfortable. Also the gym was nice. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.
