While I wish to leave a positive review, my stay unfortunately fell short of expectations in several areas. The behavior of the front desk representatives was quite surprising; their attitude did not align with the standard expected of service representatives. I hope these points can aid in your decision-making when selecting a hotel in Las Vegas. Parking Charges: Upon check-in, I was charged for parking despite the availability of an open and free parking lot. Regardless of explanations given, the receptionists seemed disengaged and persisted in charging for parking. Check-in Process: Despite having provided all necessary information during booking, the check-in process took over 20 minutes. The staff's actions were unclear, leaving guests waiting, and the self-check-in via phone did not function properly. Check-out Experience: During check-out, I was questioned about the items in the minibar. Simply opening the refrigerator to inspect a drink led to a warning that touching any minibar item, even without use, would result in a charge. This policy seemed unreasonable and rushed. Customer Service Response: When attempting to dispute the parking charge, the representative threatened to involve security if I persisted in arguing. Only upon requesting to speak with a manager did the representative relent and waive the parking fee. I sincerely hope these insights contribute to improvements in service and help future guests in their decision-making process.
If you are in the mood for a coney style hot dog🌭, then American coney island at the D casino on the Freemont street experience .$$ enjoy 😉
Fun place to walk around. You can shop, eat and drink. Lots of various types of businesses
We had two mains and one starter plus 2 glasses of wine. The start was crispy spring roll. The mains were drunken beef and la la special rice. Service could not fault. Food was really good. Price is higher than normal total cost of meal was $124 of which $32 was for the two small glasses of wine. I would recommend this place it is good
Very fun and entertaining show! Great, intimate venue close to the strip with cozy couch or table seating. The staff are super friendly with reasonably priced drinks and a creative martini menu custom designed for the show. Took home a souvenir “Martinis and Magic” glass, perfect complement to remember the evening! The tickets are very reasonably priced for the talent!! Also loved the “old school Vegas” vibe and the slide-show presentation running before things got started was a gem! We are locals and get quite a view guests, so we’ll be sure to return for more magic fun!
An unexpected breakfast delight! I loved the open, clean atmosphere in the restaurant. Our server was nice. But the food stole the show in this case. The avocado toast was delicious and great presentation! The chicken fried steak, eggs, and homefries were so good 👍🏻👍🏻 would highly recommend their breakfast. I would also personally come back earlier to try their eggs Benedict next time. All in all, a very satisfied first visit.
Came here for brunch and was pleasantly surprised by the yummy options. I went with the lucky three way which in my opinion is the best value. You get 3 eggs, sausage and hash-browns and on top of that 3 pancakes. Very filling and delicious. We also got the tickets grilled cheese with a tomato bisque.
