The room at The Mirage was simple but comfortable with a cozy bed and pillows. Unfortunately, we were next to a loud family with a baby, and the thin walls made it difficult to relax. However, the hotel cannot be blamed for this issue. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location on the strip. Overall, we felt we got a good deal for the price, as the room was clean and the service was satisfactory.
Recently dined at The Angry Butcher at Sam's Town casino and had a pleasant meal. Opted for the fried chicken with Rosemary potatoes and house salad. The salad was generously sized with fresh ingredients and the honey mustard vinaigrette dressing was a standout. The fried chicken was excellently prepared, with a crispy exterior and tender meat. The portion of potatoes was large and paired well with the chicken. Leftovers were necessary due to the generous portions. My dining companion enjoyed the half herb chicken, stating it was delicious. Our server, Mark, was friendly and provided great recommendations. The option to dine inside or on the patio overlooking the interior waterfall was nice. The only drawback was a lingering "old" smell inside the restaurant, though it did not affect the overall dining experience. Management may want to address this issue with scented candles or incense. Prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants in Vegas. Would definitely return to The Angry Butcher on a future visit to Sam's Town.
I have visited the Eiffel Tower Experience in Las Vegas twice, and both times I was amazed by the views of the Strip and off-Strip areas. There are small photo openings where you can capture the perfect pictures. I recommend timing your visit for sunset or during the Bellagio fountain show for a truly memorable experience. The staff at the Eiffel Tower Experience is friendly and accommodating. The elevator ride up is a bit cozy, fitting only a few people at a time. Once at the top, you can enjoy the view for as long as you like before catching the next elevator back down.
