MY PREVIOUS REVIEW was deleted! Checked in on the 29th and I had so much high hopes. But I was disgusted and disappointed. We walked in and I immediately noticed that the room was not vacuumed. Whether someone went in the room and decided they didn’t want to stay there, I don’t know. There was lint and those plastic things from clothing tags all over one of the beds and on the floor. I looked closely at the pillows, they were dirty! Hair and eyelash hairs on one of them!! Gag! Moving to the bathroom, toilet seat was clearly not wiped down, mirror had splashes still. I remembered seeing a housekeeper out in the hall. So I went out to go ask if her or someone else can come clean the room. She followed and told me she cleaned the room. I showed her the stuff on the bed. She said she changed them earlier but can’t again because there’s no more clean linen. I showed her the bathroom. She said she cleaned the bathroom and she grabbed a rag, wet it with water and wiped down the counter & faucet!!! The lack of care and proper sanitation demonstrated was appalling! We went to the lobby and requested a new room. Room number 2 was better but still lacking the cleanliness expected especially being on the strip and an MGM property. Sheets were dingy looking still. Bathroom had splashes on the mirror and the sink looked like it has never been scoured down in years! The hotel was an utter complete disappointment!! MGM needs to do better & take accountability! Not delete bad reviews!
A lot of old creeps around, but it's a good place to chill to wait for the ubers. I didn't get a drink and the bartender still let me take up space.
One of the best museums I have ever been to as of now. It seems like this amazing attraction can be easily overlooked by most in a city that already offers so much to do, but it is more than worth it to set aside ample time to explore this amazing place. This museum provides friendly staff, a huge variety of amazing exhibit, great immersion for kids and adults alike, and can entertain groups for hours. We have been here multiple times now and every time they add something new that makes the experience even better. Even the consistent exhibits are more than worth the price of admission, with the ancient Egyptian exhibit, the dinosaur exhibit, and the kids activity room being highlights within an already stellar museum. The price is also phenomenal as well, and many discounts are offered for students, educators, and others alike. This amazing natural history museum should not be missed under any circumstances.
