International Smoke

The service at International Smoke in Las Vegas was absolutely wonderful! The ribs were amazing, as well as the mac and cheese and the chicken fried dish. I would definitely come back again. The taste of the food was exceptional. A must-try restaurant!

International Smoke in Las Vegas exceeded our expectations. The ribs, despite looking dry in photos, were actually moist, soft, and had a crisp bark. They were tender without falling apart, and the spicy gochujang sauce added a unique flavor. The truffle white cheddar Mac was also delicious. A full rack of ribs, Mac, and an appetizer was plenty for two people. The crispy Tokyo fried chicken was a nice addition. Our server was friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable considering the quality and service, especially compared to other nearby options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely return.

International Smoke in Las Vegas is a fantastic spot located within the MGM complex. The menu offers a variety of delicious steak, ribs, and chicken options, along with generous portions of starters. The flavors were rich and vibrant, with a bit of spice in every dish, especially the ribs which were a standout. The rib tip macaroni and cheese was a unique and flavorful dish. I would definitely return to try more of their menu offerings. The server was laid-back yet professional, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

What a cool spot. Tucked in the MGM complex, it has some fabulous steak,ribs, and chicken options. The starters we're really plentiful too. Everything was really rich and flavorful. Their focus is ribs, and they're wonderful. Everything has a little bit of spice to it. Even the rib tip macaroni and cheese. I would definitely come back. The server was chill as can be, but really professional.

Food was delicious. Wait staff are super friendly and offer all kinds of recommendations (good ones too. I have a new favorite beer thanks to the waitress). The ambience is great. It has the feel of an upscale dining place, but without me feeling like I have to dress super nice. Ribs are cooked to perfection. Black truffle Mac is phenomenal. Next time I'm in Vegas, I'm absolutely coming back.

The duck wings and Gochujang ribs are downright delicious! If you like mac n cheese the truffle one is good. The smoke shellfish sauce is good but ask for it with the duck wing sauce and it is amazing. Our service was exceptional. This is reasonable priced compared to some other places you can eat in the MGM with its quality.
