During a recent visit to Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to dine at International Smoke, conveniently located in my hotel. After hearing good things about the restaurant, I made reservations for dinner with my companion. The service was top-notch from the moment we arrived. Although I initially planned on ordering the ribs, I was enticed by the prime rib on the menu. My companion opted for the sea bass. When my prime rib arrived, I was disappointed to find it fatty and smaller than the advertised 16oz portion. After expressing my concerns to the staff, they quickly replaced it with a much more visually appealing piece. My companion, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed their sea bass. Despite the improved presentation, I found the smoky flavor of the prime rib to be too overpowering for my liking. However, my companion had a positive experience with their sea bass. If you enjoy a strong smoky taste, International Smoke may be worth a try. Personally, I may choose to dine elsewhere in the future. While the service was excellent and my companion's meal was satisfying, the overwhelming smokiness of the prime rib took away from my overall dining experience.
