The amenities are plentiful, and the showers are impeccably maintained. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful sauna. The staff at the front desk were warm, courteous, and professional, significantly enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. However, my experience with the massage therapist was disappointing. I had booked a personalized massage, but the therapist needed constant reminders to focus on the three areas I specifically requested. Moreover, she was excessively chatty, providing a detailed narrative of personal family matters throughout the session. Despite my attempts to steer the conversation towards silence for relaxation, she persisted. Even my silence didn't cue her to pause her monologue, which was ill-timed for what should have been a soothing experience. I left feeling more stressed and decided not to return. It's important for service providers to understand that clients paying for a relaxing service are looking for a break from their routine, not to become sounding boards for someone else's issues.

While I was initially surprised by the lack of a communal area for couples, I ultimately found it nice to have some personal space to fully relax. The amenities provided, such as water, coffee, apples, and magazines, added to the overall experience. The clean pool area and well-maintained changing areas with ample supplies of towels and toiletries were a plus. The sauna could have been hotter, but still contributed to a lovely visit. I visited during the off-season for the pool, and was disappointed to find that the front desk only sold men's swimwear. However, I was able to find affordable options at a nearby store. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the MGM Grand Spa & Fitness Center.

I have been a patron of the MGM Grand Spa & Fitness Center for many years. While the spa is decent, it is in need of some renovations compared to other spas in the area. I am surprised that they have not scheduled one yet. It would be nice to see some upgrades, such as a cold therapy tub or room. During my recent visit, I noticed that the tile around the hot tubs is cracked and the hot tub itself has not been functioning properly for the last few years. The spa menu has also decreased in offerings over the years, which is disappointing. Services such as body scrubs, cupping, private spray tans, and day passes are no longer available. With the abundance of spas in Vegas, I believe MGM Grand Spa & Fitness Center needs to make some changes to stand out. Although there have been some setbacks, the service providers at the spa are consistently excellent. Sammy, in the men's spa, is particularly outstanding. I have always had a great experience with facials and massages here. Despite the issues, I will continue to visit and hope to see improvements in the future.

The facility offers plenty of amenities such as water, coffee, apples, and magazines. The pool area was clean, although the sauna could have been a bit hotter. The changing areas were well-maintained with showers, towels, razors, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided. Additionally, there were hairdryers, straighteners, makeup remover, and hairbrushes available. Unfortunately, we visited out of pool season and did not have swimsuits. The front desk only sold men's swimwear, but we were able to find affordable options at a nearby store for a fraction of the cost. Overall, a great experience at the MGM Grand Spa & Fitness Center.
