A rudest employee in Sahara works here. His name is Sergio. This picture shows a scoop of gelato was served by him and rude comments after asked about amount of serving. I couldn’t argue with him because I was with my grandson and didn’t want to scare him. Only reason I got the gelato is make my grandson happy Sergio wasn’t worth to spoil my grandson’s evening
It was gell checking in. When we arrived, there were two receptionists, and t h e both had people they were checking in. We waited 15 minutes for the hotel staff to check them in. The hotel is old, and they have tried to make it nice for guests, but there us still that old hotel smell. There is only one bedside table. I'm not sure why, with a king-size bed, there will be two guests, so it is proper to odder each guest a table to put their things. I'm just saying. So... that's it.
Great location. Easy access to Mandalay Bay, yet in a quiet tower. Room are great. Spacious. We love the Mandalay Bay pools & lazy river. You get access to all the pools for Mandalay Bay & Delano. One of my favorites.
The hotel was the worst experience ever!! The rooms advertised on hopper are not the room that they gave us. The room was worse than a motel 6. It was disgusting and not cleaned. The TV did not work and the wires were just hanging. The furniture looked like it was from the 70’s and was beat up and had stains all over it. The walls were stained. There was a dirty washcloth on the bathroom floor. Hotel guests can’t go to their room freely and have to be escorted by security even though nobody was in the “club” which is a small dingy room with a dance floor. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time! One of the elevators was broke down and we had to wait forever for the functional one. The floor we were on was flooded and smelled moldy. The outside music is load all hours of the night. The bed frame was falling apart. There’s only one plug in the room and it’s no where near the bed so charging your phone will be on the other side of the room. The lamps wouldn’t turn on. Just don’t go!!
Located inside 'Paris' on 'Le Boulevard' towards 'Bally's' next to 'Viva Vegas' store. We went here with breakfast in mind but they stop serving breakfast at 11am. We tried their 'Philly Steak Bomb' which is a foot long sandwich with shaved Angus roast beef, salami, caramelized onions, provolone, American cheese and cherry peppers with a side of Fries...bread was so soft yet crispy, simply delicious! The sandwich was enough for 2 of us to share. The restaurant is clean with great ambiance and bar inside. Shout out to our server Taylor, she was very helpful with the menu and attentive as we enjoyed our meal. Definitely a great place to enjoy a good hot sandwich, burger, wings, tenders, a shake or salad.
I had a custom massage with Abigail. One of the BEST massages of my life!! I was having terrible neck and shoulder tension from working out too hard and she was able to pinpoint the right spots and release the muscle. When I was done, I could turn my head normally again and the pounding migraine I was getting from the tension went away. Almost a week later and I still feel loose. The spa itself was clean and had everything needed, it's not the most elaborate I've been too but honestly who cares how many fancy teas they put out.... the bodywork therapists are the most important thing and they have a real talent with Abigail.
Awesome venue for a concert. We were balcony and had a great view. Sound was amazing and stuff was friendly. Only thing I can complain about it the time it took to get a drink. Doesn't seem like there's enough bars to handle a venue if this size. Otherwise, great place for a concert!
Terrible dining experience. The server was inattentive to put it mildly . Had the vegetable tempura which was tasty but way too greasy. Food was dropped at the table and then the server practically ran off. We ordered the bento boxes. When we gave the order we were asked what temperature for the steak, which we both said medium rare. It was dropped off at the table and again the server ran off. Both of our steaks were not rare but blue and cold in the center. We waited a good 10 minutes, again with no one checking on us. We flagged another server who was rushing by and asked her to get our server. She said she would and again we were waiting a good 8 minutes with her no where to be seen. At that point we asked the manager who was walking by and were told Just a minute and she went back to the front. Another 10 or so minutes and she nor the server had come to our table. We managed to flag down another server and showed her the steak that we requested medium rate. She got our server who came and asked us if we wanted it medium rare. She took it back and eventually we were brought back the correct food. Drink service was also terrible. We had to flag people down to get refills which were also brought after a considerable wait. My husband flagged down the manager who did not offer an apology or seem at all concerned. Instead, she offered an excuse that because the dish we had was on promotion so lots of people ordered it. Its too bad that this is the experience we had because the bento box was tasty when it was cooked the way we ordered it. We like going to Sundance cafe, where service has always been exceptional. Great atmosphere in Su Casa, too bad the service doesn’t match what such a great menu and ambience would suggest.
Having a weird experience with the male bartender he keeps trying to look busy when I come to bar like he doesn't want to serve me. I made eye contact 3 times with him and he refused to address me until another customer at the bar saw him look at me and said to him "dude.??? What's up?!" Then he finally asked my order... so I gave him a .60 cent tip... he's lucky he got that !... the girls were great tho and quick.. I tipped them well 💕
