The service at Su Casa in Las Vegas was disappointing as it took over thirty minutes to receive our first sushi roll. Unfortunately, by the time the sushi arrived, the Mexican dishes of our party were either gone or cold.

Recently tried Su Casa's sushi for the first time and I was impressed. I highly recommend giving it a try, especially if you're at the casino. The prices are reasonable and the sushi is of good quality. The sushi rolls are full of flavor and I also suggest trying their poke nachos - they're crispy and tasty.

Disappointing dining experience at Su Casa in Las Vegas. The server was not attentive and rushed through serving our food. The vegetable tempura was tasty but too greasy. We ordered bento boxes with steak cooked medium rare, but they were served blue and cold in the center. It took multiple attempts to get the server's attention and the manager did not address our concerns promptly. Drink service was also slow and we had to flag down servers for refills. Despite the nice atmosphere, the poor service overshadowed the tasty food options. Compare this to Sundance Cafe where the service is always exceptional. It's a shame that Su Casa did not meet our expectations.

Disappointing dining experience at Su Casa in Las Vegas. The server seemed inattentive and rushed. The vegetable tempura was tasty but extremely greasy. We ordered bento boxes with medium rare steak, but they arrived blue and cold in the center. It took a long time and multiple attempts to get the issue resolved, with poor drink service as well. The manager did not handle the situation well, offering excuses instead of apologies. It's a shame because the atmosphere at Su Casa is great, but the service did not live up to expectations. It's a stark contrast to our usual experience at Sundance Cafe.

Terrible dining experience. The server was inattentive to put it mildly . Had the vegetable tempura which was tasty but way too greasy. Food was dropped at the table and then the server practically ran off. We ordered the bento boxes. When we gave the order we were asked what temperature for the steak, which we both said medium rare. It was dropped off at the table and again the server ran off. Both of our steaks were not rare but blue and cold in the center. We waited a good 10 minutes, again with no one checking on us. We flagged another server who was rushing by and asked her to get our server. She said she would and again we were waiting a good 8 minutes with her no where to be seen. At that point we asked the manager who was walking by and were told Just a minute and she went back to the front. Another 10 or so minutes and she nor the server had come to our table. We managed to flag down another server and showed her the steak that we requested medium rate. She got our server who came and asked us if we wanted it medium rare. She took it back and eventually we were brought back the correct food. Drink service was also terrible. We had to flag people down to get refills which were also brought after a considerable wait. My husband flagged down the manager who did not offer an apology or seem at all concerned. Instead, she offered an excuse that because the dish we had was on promotion so lots of people ordered it. Its too bad that this is the experience we had because the bento box was tasty when it was cooked the way we ordered it. We like going to Sundance cafe, where service has always been exceptional. Great atmosphere in Su Casa, too bad the service doesn’t match what such a great menu and ambience would suggest.
