The atmosphere is great, with soft music and beautiful ambiance. However, the food leaves much to be desired. I tried the $55 lobster plate, only to receive a tiny portion—just half a lobster that was extremely salty. Additionally, I ordered two sushi rolls, the California roll and the lobster roll, both of which were also very salty, and the rice seemed old and grainy. One small sushi roll is priced at $28. The total bill was $125 plus tips and tax, amounting to $155, and I left still hungry and desperate for water due to the excessive salt in the food. The service was good, but unfortunately, I won't be returning. The food is just too salty and overpriced for the quality offered.

Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill in Las Vegas receives a unanimous 10/10 from our family. We dine out frequently, exposing our three children to a variety of restaurants, and this establishment stands out as a top favorite. The wagyu cap, cooked to perfection and accompanied by lava salt, was exceptional in quality. Our sushi, consistently fresh and impeccably rolled, makes each visit as delightful as the first. While we enjoy exploring Chinatown, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill remains our favorite dining spot of all time.

The sushi is always fresh and rolled perfectly. This was our second visit and while we love dining in Chinatown, this is now our favorite restaurant of all time.
