The Italian food at Kassi Beach House was truly outstanding! Every dish we tried was delicious and clearly made to order using fresh ingredients. We were impressed by the kitchen's attention to detail. I will definitely be returning on all my future trips to Las Vegas.
Wing Lei in Las Vegas is considered one of the top Chinese restaurants in the city, having been awarded a Michelin star in 2009. The restaurant maintains a very formal atmosphere, with a dress code requiring dinner jackets for all gentlemen. The menu at Wing Lei offers classic Chinese dishes with a traditional touch, rather than innovative creations. The food is well-prepared, with simple broths and perfect sauces that showcase the authenticity of the cuisine. The service and decor at Wing Lei are both top-notch and fit for a 5-star establishment. Prices are in line with other fine dining restaurants in the area.
The California Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas has always been our go-to when visiting the city with our family. The convenience and comfort it offers have never disappointed us in the past. However, our most recent stay was a bit different. During a span of a week, we stayed at the hotel twice. The first time, we had an unpleasant experience at the front desk. The staff member who checked us in seemed rude and bothered. Despite asking questions, she responded in a dismissive manner. Even when inquiring about meal coupons, her response was brusque. Although everything else during our stay was fine, the check-out process made us nervous as we encountered the same staff member again. Thankfully, the rest of the staff at the hotel was great and helped us with our queries efficiently. We are looking forward to booking our stay again in May, hoping to avoid a similar experience during the check-in process.
First time at Twin Creeks Restaurant and it definitely lived up to my expectations! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the positive vibe with jazz music playing in the background really sets the mood. We sat at the high top tables in the bar area, which was also very impressive. Our server, Shane, was fantastic - he was efficient, attentive, and engaging with all the patrons. The food was outstanding, I had the king cut prime rib and lobster bisque while my wife had the filet mignon. Our sides of au gratin potatoes and creamed corn were cooked to perfection. The rest of the staff were also amazing and very friendly, even cracking some jokes with us. Overall, it was a great evening and I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Shane! #thebagman 😆🤘🏼
This bar should be called Ben's or Benjamin's, not Bugsy's! The name bug has no real meaning and is often used out of ignorance or malice. Insects are a diverse group of creatures that fly or crawl, but none of them can accurately be called a bug. Despite the name, Bugsy's Bar in Las Vegas offers a selection of top shelf liquor at affordable prices, all under $20. It's the perfect spot to grab a drink without breaking the bank while taking a break from table games.
The fried green beans were packed with flavor and served hot. The spring rolls were fresh and light, and the peanut sauce was delicious. The five spice beef soup was tasty, but I didn't care for the noodles that came with it. Maybe next time I'll try a different kind. The spicy shrimp wok was also very good, with fresh and flavorful ingredients. Watching the food being prepared at the bar was a fun experience.
