Our rooms were disgusting oil stains on curtains and what looked like dried boogers on our sheets. The first night we had absolutely no water, the other room we got they found make up brushes that were not ours! and razors!!! from the previous people before us. House keeping went into our room and didn’t get the trash by the door and only made our bed didnt change any of the disgusting sheets. We wrote a complaint and did not receive anything like no one cared… We were promised 100$ gift cards for listening to the timeshare which was on a birthday that we were celebrating the whole reason for our trip and it took 4 1/2 hours when we should’ve been celebrating. 12-4:30 pm. and we’re told that they were grabbing our cards and yet we were shown out. I will NEVER stay here again and advise others to not. We got nothing we were promised and no one there cared enough to figure anything out. upon leaving we requested a bell hop cart to help us get our things down to the car, the lady who helped us was not nice at all we asked her to meet us up front so we can pull out money to tip her and she continued saying that we were not going to meet her up front then said happy new years to me in a very rude tone. We all honestly feel as though a half refund or something should’ve been aligned. we were treated horribly.
Hideaway is definitely fitting as the entrance of this gem is quite unassuming. While we waited in line for the buffet down the hall, we decided to find somewhere else that was quicker and we were not disappointed! We came here for the all you can eat brunch and the style here is passed butler service. You’ll get your own “butler” and get to try each of the items on the menu. They’ll walk around with the food and you can decide to take a plate or pass. The service here was top notch and were attentive to what we wanted or haven’t tried yet. We each had our own preferences on food but overall each dish was delicious and filling. My favorite would have to be the ham and egg sandwich and the wings
Everytime we visit Las Vegas, we always come here for their tasty gumbo! I want to try their other dishes but I just can't, I love their gumbo! The very last visit, it took some time to get seated but it was so worth the wait (the bar only has 17 seats or so). We ordered two house gumbos (shrimp, crab, and lobster) and a half dozen gulf oysters. The oysters were fresh and were shucked in front of us. The house gumbo was to die for, so tasty and hasn't disappointed us yet! I was too chicken to go spicy so I stuck with a 1, my hubby went with a 4 and he said that was the right level of heat for him. The gumbos are cooked right in front of you and you can watch all the yummy goodness being added to the soup and roux base. You'll have to try this place for yourself, you won't be disappointed!
