Ondori Asian Kitchen in Las Vegas offers decent Asian fusion cuisine, though it may not be the best in town. The veggie fried rice stands out as a dish worth trying, while the sushi is good but not necessarily exceptional. The garlic green beans are okay, and portions are quite generous. However, the spicy eggplant is a dish to avoid, as it is not very appetizing and has a slightly unpleasant odor.
The portion sizes at Yard House at LINQ Promenade are impressive. I ordered the chicken and waffles as well as the noodles during my visit. The chicken and waffles had a unique honey hot sauce that took some getting used to, but the waffles were soft and the chicken was tender. The noodles were also delicious and satisfying. The dessert options were plentiful, and I particularly enjoyed the onion ring tower, which truly lived up to its name as a towering dish. The restaurant is situated in a lovely area, adding to the overall dining experience.
This was my first time staying at South Point and I had a fantastic time. The resort is huge and has everything you need right there. There are 11 restaurants, a bowling alley, a theater, an equestrian center where I even got to see some bull riding, a hair salon (shoutout to Julia for my amazing haircut and style), a salon, and plenty of games. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. I will definitely be back to stay again in the future.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Baja Fresh Excalibur in Las Vegas. The portion sizes were incredibly stingy, and I found myself having to add on extra sides, like a $3.00 guacamole, just to feel satisfied. I much prefer Chipotle for their more generous serving sizes. Overall, my first visit to Baja Fresh was underwhelming and I don't plan on returning.
Cafe Americano in Las Vegas is an excellent spot that is open 24/7 for both dining in and pickup orders. The atmosphere is welcoming with the option to sit at a table or the bar, which is very comfortable and beautifully lit with Onyx. The bartenders are friendly and attentive. I ordered the Caesar salad, which was excellent with a delicious sauce, and the linguine Alfredo, which was great, although slightly heavy on the cream. For dessert, I tried the Bread Pudding with Vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and pecans, which was outstanding and highly recommended.
