It is a hidden gem. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The casino area is also clean and never crowded. The restaurants are 5 stars. I've never had a bad experience. My husband and I needed help with our casino card, and Shannon was super helpful and very nice to talk to. We also got to talk with Bernice, and what a treasure she is! Everyone is so nice and helpful here. We love this place.
It's lovely and elegant. It's fun to dress up, drink tea, and have mini treats and sandwiches. Everything about this felt so "princessie." My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. Also, from what I was told, they update their menu every season. So, not every food picture on google will be the same by next season. FYI, this place is in the Waldorf Astoria Hotel on the 23rd floor. Not the Aria. I was a bit lost on trying to find this place, but luckily, with my husband's navigation guidance help me over the phone because I was just not getting it.
The setting for this restaurant is very elegant and romantic especially if you get a fountain view table. I very seldom give 5 star reviews but we had an outstanding dinner the other evening at Prime Steakhouse. We were seated at a window table with a view of the Bellagio Fountains. Our servers Mario and Lisa were excellent! Everything was delicious from the wine, bread rolls, truffle mashed potatoes, Chilean seabass and warm chocolate cake with ice cream.
The food was great. I got the pulled pork burrito. DELICIOUS!! I will go back and eat here again. Definitely give it a try!!
We were here for Ed Sheeran show, our waiter passing by said he’s canceled, we thought he was joking. Food was fabulous. We only wished he would have asked us if we understood his comment and then ask if we would like dessert since show was canceled. We rushed out for show to find it was true, we would have preferred remaining at restaurant, we left our edamame and shishito. I had double 7 sushi roll highly recommend, and I normally only eat nigiri.
