My recent visit to the Excalibur Food Court left much to be desired. After waiting in line at the Popeyes chicken for over 30 minutes, my father was informed that an item on the menu was not available at that location. The staff seemed disorganized, taking breaks and pausing order taking multiple times. This isn't the first time we've experienced poor service at this food court - a similar incident occurred during our visit in July. Despite this, we decided to give it another try, but the lack of improvement was disappointing. It's frustrating to feel like subpar service is justified because of the affordable room rates at Excalibur. As loyal patrons who also spend money in the casino, we expected better customer service. Excalibur, please take this feedback into consideration and prioritize your customer service efforts. Our experience was very disappointing.
Trattoria Reggiano in Las Vegas serves up some delicious food. The lobster dish was a standout with generous portions of lobster and shrimp. The calamari was crispy and enjoyable. The tiramisu was a perfect finish to the meal - smooth and not too sweet. The service was excellent and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
Our experience at South Point for the State Archery Tournament was fantastic. The venue is massive, with over 800 archers participating in the event. Despite not staying at the casino, we found the staff to be incredibly helpful and the food prices to be surprisingly affordable. My son's team from Del Webb Middle School even managed to place Second in the tournament. If you have the opportunity to attend this event, I highly recommend it. Plus, it's free for the public to attend.
